Excellent product and their support is second to none
:-). I ran into a small snag and Damien made sure it got resolved (eventually escalated my issue to the developers)

FXReplay is a cool concept for backtesting and replaying charts, and the interface is pretty clean, but the main problem for me is speed. Sometimes the platform feels slow when loading data or switching things around, which breaks the flow when you’re trying to test quickly

Overall, I'm happy with the interface and functionality, but the data loads very slowly. It's not my internet connection or computer, as other backtesting tools are much faster.

Basil was amazing and he was very helpful.

Buggy - use a different site. Customer service brush you off with silly fixes. Then put fake out of hours on to ignore you. Robert from the support team...

I wanted to drop in to thank RX Replay for 3 reasons:
1. For making an unrivaled product. It is a phenomenal tool and I wanted to write this review to encourage them to keep doing what they are doing.
2. For actually caring about their customers and delivering an amazing customer experience. I don't use FXReplay every day, it's a sporadic (but important) tool for me but the continuous updates, quick and helpful support and general experience is what keeps my subscription going.
3. Finally I also wanted to specifically call out that their customer support is actually what you want from a support team, and specifically I have had support from Damian multiple times who has been exceptional at making the effort to actually understand my problem, keep me updated, and triage a bug fix in a matter of days. Great job Damian for personifying the FXReplay brand, and demonstrating that the company is not just good software but also the right people to keep it progressing.

After spending decent time comparing the backtesting app offerings I selected FX Replay and so far I'm relly impressed by the tool. For once a good user interface, with Trading View look and feel, access to years of historical data in order to make statistically realistic back testing, nice dashboard, and journaling features.
But the most important criteria that made me select this tool is the professionalism and responsiveness of the support that I bombarded of questions since the beginning of my usage in order to fine tune my user experience. Damian is a rock star ;-) always patient and well documented in the answers, this is for me the sign of a strong company.

Basil helped me well and pretty fast, only downer with FX Replay is that it is quite expensive.

The software is very user friendly. Smart choice to get the hint from tradingview. It's quite easy to understand and to play with. The customer service support is excellent, reliable, helpful and professional. Thank you Damian for all the support.

FX Replay is the first backtesting platform I’ve used that truly feels modern and fully aligned with real trading conditions. They have all the chart features that I need which is very important for me. It allows me to simulate live markets while journaling seamlessly, and the team continuously updates the platform with new features to stay ahead of trends. I like that because am busy with my 9-5 job and dont have time to check everything that is new. I am also happy with their reliable and fast support makes the experience even better — I highly recommend it for traders that are planning to become full time traders.

Simple usage, straight to the point and very useful to developp startegies and gets stats out of the markets. With stats you build confidence and possibly a solid strategy. Also I had a little technical problem and I got an answer surprinsingly fast. Saeed was the one to help me, one click later my problem was solved!
