When I first found Fxprimus, it seemed like a professional trading platform that could help people make money automatically. But that wasn’t the reality.
Early on, I noticed they had an “Acknowledge” button that seemed harmless, but it actually limited their responsibility if anything went wrong. As I started trading, things looked good at first, especially with small amounts. This made me feel confident enough to invest more.However, I later realized the platform relied heavily on automated bots.These weren’t real market trades they seemed designed to create the illusion of success at the beginning.
The biggest problem came when I used their automated-trading feature. There were no proper safeguards, and within a few hours, the system made rapid trades that wiped out about a third of my account. It didn’t feel like normal market losses,it felt programmed.
Be very careful. What they promise isn’t what you actually get.

WARNING: FXPrimus is Seizing Client Deposits (Not Just Profits)

I began my trading activities at FXPrimus on 2026.03.23 with a total deposit of 15,000 USD. This amount consisted of an initial deposit of 1,000 USD followed by a second deposit of 14,000 USD, as verified by the following TXIDs on the SOL network:

During my trading period, I generated a total profit of 1,116.79 USD.

However, on 2026.04.02, I received an email stating that my account had been blocked and that all profits would be voided. While I disagree with this decision, up to this point, it was a matter subject to discussion.

The most serious issue is that, in addition to voiding my profits, the broker also debited 10,841.47 USD from my original principal deposit.

The company’s justification was that I had allegedly engaged in group trading and that other accounts had previously obtained these profits. However, I have never traded in a group, and I have no relationship whatsoever with these alleged accounts.

Even if the company unilaterally determines that an irregularity occurred, the broker’s own contract establishes clear limits for such actions. Clause 20.14(vii) states that, in cases of irregularities, the company may void profits and losses but must "refund the original deposit amount (excluding deposit and withdrawal fees)."

Therefore, debiting funds from my own deposit to offset alleged profits from third parties directly violates the company’s own terms and conditions.

I have contacted the broker's support multiple times attempting to resolve this situation amicably, but I have received no response or any genuine attempt at a solution.

In light of this behavior, which I consider abusive and inconsistent with the company’s own contractual clauses, I strongly advise other traders to exercise extreme caution when considering trading with this broker.

Naturally, I do not intend to leave this matter unresolved. I am currently preparing formal complaints to the relevant regulatory bodies, including:

1. CySEC — Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission
2. FSCA — Financial Sector Conduct Authority
3. VFSC — Vanuatu Financial Services Commission

Asked for Impossible Documents, Ignored My Withdrawal Request

I traded on FXPrimus and when I requested a withdrawal, the platform demanded documents such as a criminal record certificate or a bankruptcy certificate. These are unreasonable requirements that are impossible for an ordinary trader to provide.

I even tried to clarify this issue, but despite my repeated attempts to communicate, FXPrimus has not given me any reply. My funds are still stuck, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.

I would warn other traders to be very cautious, as the platform creates unnecessary obstacles when you try to withdraw your own money.

I dont like small leverage on crypto

I dont like small leverage on crypto, i use 1:1000 leverage account but cant risk with stop loss 5% of my portfolio on single trade which i ussualy do.

A great platform to begin with.

I was in doubt about FXPRIMUS but I was proven wrong with the countless correspondence and assurance from support staffs esp Tran and account manager, Imran.
