They denied my payout because of two reasons
1- trading–related activity. Which means I copied trades or something similar which is very false, and I asked for a proof but didn't get any. No proper explanation.
2- two accounts with same IP, which is true but I talked to their support before visiting my brother in a different country and told them that the IP might be the same but clearly no group trading or such thing, they answered me that even when multiple accounts using the same IP they will ask for a clarification, which they didn't, and denied payout. The same IP was the same only once when I visited my brother while travelling and I'm 100% sure that there is none copied trades, but they didn't respond.
This is my second payout and I did an interview with them explaining my strategy which I used for both payouts, the first one passed and the second one got denied for no clear reason. This is clearly an indication that fxify don't want profitable traders.
I pay alot on the account because I though it is a good prob firm for future work, but I'm very disappointed. And I even invite others to join them which I really regret.
High costs with way too long payout process and after a monthe of working hard I got denied.

I requested my payout on April 15th
I requested my payout on April 15th. There was a verification process that took about a week while the team reviewed my account to ensure everything was legitimate — which is completely understandable.
After confirmation, I was asked to submit the payout request again, which I did on April 27th.
As of today (May 1st), I’m still waiting for the payout. It has taken longer than expected, especially considering the typical timelines. With the weekend coming up, I assume it will be processed next week.
For context, I’m currently ranked #3 on the leaderboard, with one of the highest profits and payout requests.
The dashboard shows “total paid out,” but I have not yet received the funds.
Overall, I still consider this a strong firm and would continue trading with them. That said, I hope the payout process becomes smoother and faster moving forward.
I’ll continue to update my experience and share further feedback once everything is completed.
