They pay out just fine
I had to withdraw my money as I needed a broker with lower spreads on crosses. Nothing wrong with FXCC, but I just had new requirements.
They paid out my money without issue. I'd use them again if my needs change.

Some aspects of it
FXCC broker is enviable because of these aspects:
- Seamless order execution via STP mechanism;
- Availability of the platform for any kind of device and multi-terminal function;
- Zero deposit fee, tight spreads from 0 pips;
- Free of any charge access to advanced instruments.
I trade here and enjoy, actually. Min. depo was just $100 but I of course deposited more as I know that hundred bucks is a super basic sum, it's difficult to calculate position size with it and trade without big leverage drawn. And yeah, I guess leverage is too big. But some traders like it.

Education for beginners
This broker really knows what novice traders need!
I'm talking about those traders who started trading quite recently. I was such a trader some time ago when I opened trading account with this company.
It's good that before I started trading on a real account, I opened demo and found educational center on this broker's website
I completely engaged in learning and began to study everything that is on the broker's website. As it turned out, I didn't know anything about trading at all.
Now I sometimes open real orders to test my skills.

There is much written about the ECN XL account they have crafted and its reputation as one of the best account types is well deserved. This had bringed me to FXCC in the first place.
Yesterday I registered an account on this platform and I was surprised that even a deposit bonus is available. It can be a great boost, especially for traders like me with limited funds.

Trading conditions are comfortable for the trader, but it is frustrating that one trading account is available. There are five types of assets available for trading Forex, Cryptocurrency, Metals, Indices, and Energies.

These are the two advantages of this broker that determined my choice.

Suitable for beginners
I can't say that I am completely satisfied with this broker. But I am sure that it is perfect for beginner traders.
This is what I think traders who just started trading and chose this broker may like:
- No minimum deposit limits. So start with any amount.
- 100% First Deposit Bonus. There is no need for explanations at all😎
- Trading conditions are balanced, which makes trading at the initial stage easier and more convenient.
- Broker provides some educational materials. Not very much, but enough to start with.

Do not follow their own withdrawal policy
Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal to my crypto wallet and ran into troubles. Their withdrawal policy states "Withdrawal requests will be sent the same way the funds were received and up to the initial deposited amounts. Profits will be withdrawn using Bank Wire Transfer or a crypto wallet." I have funded my account from a crypto wallet ($10K) and a bank card ($10K). Based on the above withdrawal policy, I should be able to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet and $10K to my card, then further withdrawals can be sent to either. I attempted to withdraw $10K to my crypto wallet as I needed the crypto funds urgently, and was told "as per our withdrawal policy all refunds must go to your card first, then to other methods." When I contacted costumer service and the financial team and told them this is not what their withdrawal policy states I was ignored and only told to confirm the withdrawal to my card. This is an obvious breach of their own displayed withdrawal policy and given they're lying about that, I no longer trust this broker about any thing and will be moving my funds elsewhere ASAP. I would suggest you avoid this broker!

FXCC is a really good choice
FXCC is a really good choice. I like it as a broker. They have been established over a decade ago, so it they're not going anywhere pretty easily. I like their no dealing desk approach too because they ensure that the trades are got executed with conterparties without taking the other side of the trade.
which is a huge thing if you really want to trust your broker. it establishes a transparent environment for trading with minimal interference from the broker.
it is also a very budget friendly platform, which is another great advantage for a lot of traders out there.
