Absolutely horrible! I feel tricked! I have been loyal and never knew they do NOT HAVE OVENS the food is cooked in a microwave!!!! I do NOT PAY for shortcuts and my health to be in jeopardy. I do NOT even use a microwave at home for ANYTHING and I paid you for a meal and you microwave it?!!!!! When I found out, half way througj the meal and asked the waitstaff and found out that yes it is microwaved, to compensate my shock and inability to eat rhe meal i was not given my money back, but rather a buy one get one taco!!!!!! I will NEVER be back!!!!! I do not pay 80.00 for a family of 3 to get a microwave meal! Beware!!!!

Great food , reasonable pricing.
But the girls at recepetion are not friendly. I have visited a few times and same kind of response. . My kid was not comfortable to place the next order thinking he might annoy her. Even my neighbor shared the same experience. I can't resist going due to the taste

Amazing Experience 3111 N. Chestnut 80907—Highly Recommend!
I recently visited this location, and I was so impressed that I felt compelled to create an account just to leave a review! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was exceptional, and the overall experience was just wonderful. It's rare to come across a place that stands out so much, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for awesome tacos, this place is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommend!

If you want HOT and FRESH, this is definitely NOT the place to go.................generic ok food that FILLS a hole --the only main taste is CIlantro--its always been like this.......its convenient is about the only reason why we purchase from them but I think in the future, Monica's TAco Shop will get our business...store is N.Chestnut, Colorado Springs, CO

Received a special for a taco plate on the app and the location in my area does not have this on their menu so why send out specials

This place has literally taken my money and ran with it! The restaurant I ordered from in Leesburg, GA shut down on the day I placed my order, a month ago! I never received any food nor a refund! I’ve been calling constantly asking for my refund, they always say that they’re going to escalate the situation, and I’ve yet to receive anything. Fuzzy Taco shop is complete bs and I get why they’re going under. Just a bunch of thieves.

I love the food and margaritas,……BUT, when I looked at my receipt closer, there was a "service charge" of 7.33%. When I called back to inquire what that was for, I was told that instead of raising prices, corporate decided to tack on a service charge. What a sneaky way to treat customers!!! So 5 stars for the food and drink, and “-3 stars” for the treatment by corporate officers. Shame on you!

Interquest location in Colorado Springs. Good food, lousy service. My daughter got her food within ten minutes. My wife and I waited over half an hour, then finally went to pick-up counter to see what was up. There our food sat - cold. We were never notified it was ready. Have to wonder why the cook team never thought to question why it sat for so long. They remade the order, but apparently put it at the end of the cooking queue because it was another half hour before it was ready. Frustrating!

Great food, and experience

There is no way on God's green earth that the margarita I bought had any alcohol in it. There was no taste of alcohol there was absolutely no feeling of alcohol. I think it was just pure margarita cocktail mix. Food was okay. I was debating between a two star or 3 star. I gave it a three star because the enchiladas were actually pretty good. The Spanish rice was not that great. But the reason I gave it a three-star is because of the margarita. Will never buy one again. As a matter of fact I doubt I will ever go to Fuzzy's Taco Shop ever again.

Order took 51 minutes and then they just called out Enchilada plate instead of the #37. Our order was 2 enchilada plates. They were calling out higher numbers before we got our order. They also got one of the sides wrong on my wife's plate, but I was tired of waiting. I was almost to the point of asking for the charges to be reversed.

We ate in FortWorth two years ago and was great. Made mistake of eating in Rogers,Ar. It was horrible. It had obviously been microwaved. The rice had not been was, and was slim. The meat was the worst beef I have ever had in my mouth. When we left we noticed the windows were filthy, and where the trash was located had disgusting bags of trash on ground which had been there a long time. Please don’t waste your money.

Tonight (10/15/2022) was my first visit to Fuzzy's Royal/Central Expwy location. Customer service was off the chart. Food amazing and delicious. Burritos are huge (enough for 2), chips are warm and guacamole to die for. The nacho's looked amazing.
The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and upbeat. The manager, Carlos, went above and beyond speaking with customers, making certain the food was good and what was ordered. The entire staff waited on customers and were always pleasant. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. The atmosphere was great, TVs were a bonus. This location had a nice large covered patio if you wanted to eat/drink outside. The bar had a great selection. Especially like the frozen Jack & Coke!!! I definitely recommend this restaurant location.

This is a great little taco place. Drove by it several times before finally stopping in. Will definitely be back

Every time we visit this establishment the food is always undercooked or cold. I usually don't complain but too many times it's the same results. Tortillas has to be cooked or at least heated. These are always cold and crack when you try and grab your Taco to eat. I always get the latin fried potatoes and ask for them fresh and I get the same response (they just cooked a new batch). When I receive them they are cold or old. Not to mention when you complain about something instead of getting a sympathetic apology you get attitude. What gets under my skin the most is being Hispanic the cooks are also Hispanic cooking mexican style food and getting it wrong.

My husband and I stopped by Fuzzy’s for Margarita Monday at the San Angelo Tx.The sign over the bar advertised $2.00 margaritas. Ours were $3.00. When we questioned it, the cashier told us they did not have a way to change the sign and that corporate dictated prices. Service was ok, margarita were good, but a whole sign advertising lunch specials, happy hours, and drink specials, all of which are
Wrong! Poor management!
