Takes money but doesn’t deliver
I placed an order a couple of months back for around £40 worth of items, after over a week they were not dispatched so I logged into my account to see the order was cancelled with no explanation. I contacted the company by email, as it’s their only contact method, several times to ask for the money to be refunded. 4 months later I am yet to hear anything from the company and I had to claim a refund through my bank
