I ordered a vintage audio tube, they updated the order to make a label, and it hasn’t moved an inch almost three weeks later. No updates, no timelines, no replies to my emails inquiring about my order. Be careful with this company, I’m going to have to go to my bank and dispute the charges now! Big waste of time I’ll never from Fuzz Audio ever again!

Total scam, stay away.
Total scam. Just stay away. I ordered tubes for over 500$, got a tracking number a few days after I made the order. 2 weeks later, no package. UPS still hadn't received the package from Fuzzaudio. Terrible communication with Fuzzaudio. He claimed it had been shipped the day I got the tracking number. Which is a lie.
4 weeks after purchase, nothing. After I told them I would take legal action he finally refunded the order. Stay away.

Recieved 4 x 12AU7 GE tubes, delivery pretty good for cross Atlantic, sound exactly as descibed and some, best sounding tubes for my WAD Pre 4 so far, getting some more for next pre.

I have bought 4 NOS tube
I have bought 4 NOS tube, on the website it said that there are visible text on the tube.
When I received the tubes, there was no text on the tube (Could be a completely different type than I ordered), 2 of the tube showed signs of being used.
The first response from the dealer was that I could get 15%, after about 14 days I got an email that he sent me a package, but it was never delivered to the post office, so pure cheating from the dealer.
I tried to run a case through PayPal, but the result was that I could send them back, but had to pay for the return shipping myself, plus VAT, so I would lose the 4 tubes and approx. 130 euros (return shipping and VAT)
So I would advise against using that shop
