I've ordered a t-shirt in June and haven't got anything since then. No answer nor a response through their email. Big Scammers 🤐😡

Made an order on the 3 of jul 2021, we are not in early July and I have had no updates, I have tried to contact them on every for of social media as well as directly through their email with no response. My order was €60and I now have to take this matter further with Citizens Advice and Trade in Standards.

I’ve ordered a hoodie almost a month ago order#10974 and I didn’t receive any info regarding my package & tried their email and it didn’t work as it says “email doesn’t exist”, couldn’t track my order and the only thing I could check is the state of my order which was “not processed” honestly their products prices are high plus they are super slow and unprofessional and I can see here that most customers weren’t satisfied With the quality as well and they are taken down now and I can’t even get my money back as I don’t have any interest in my order no more, I regret this experience

I bought a pair of shoes which took nearly a month to be "shipped". The tracking number (#10919) was working and showed my order but then after a few more days, the tracking system said that there is no data for my order. I tried to contact them but their email was deleted or changed and now their website is gone. I want my shoes or my $60 back. If anyone knows any ways to contact them it would be great to know.

What's wrong with my order ( #10965) I have confirmed my order since 6/28 (17 days now) and my order still doesn't ships yet .

The purchase, which was made on June 29, has not yet been shipped
(COMMANDE #10979) I bought one shoe.And today is the 13th day and there has been no communication. They're not responding to my e-mails, so please send me my transaction as soon as possible.

Terrible quality, took more then 2 months to arrive. Website is terrible you can't translate it to english. No feedback or anything. Just wasted my money on some cheap clothes that looks like a knock off of their own brand. Avoid that website!

So this company is now taken down and is disguised as an another company "Neonlamp.eu"or something. Ny credit card statement said this website who I paid to but has nothing to do with neon lights. The neon lights website was taken down and suspect of a fraud that has happened. Probably has taken my money and went complete quiet. Be careful! I'll be contacting my bank for a card dispute.

Alright, so I decided to try this company out since there was a coupon for it and liked some of the styles. I bought 2 items, a bomber jacket and a reflective “3M” with the Emblem from Dragon ball. For both to arrive it took about one week for the bomber jacket and another for the other, I got them on 6-26-21 and 7-2-21 respectively and I had ordered them on 6-11-21. Well I try out the first item just to get a feel for it since it was supposably XXL, but the thing is it would barely even close on me.
So I decide to contact them on multiple occasions, on the day I first received it which was a Saturday. I also used google translate since I was buying from the North American region and the were a European based company and messaged with both English and French text. I expected no messages since it was the weekend, so I don’t look at my inbox until Monday the 28th of June and still give an extra day. I think of it a little odd so I message again on the 29th of June, just in case my last message got lost or something. NOTHING HAPPENS. No message, no emails, I then try Instagram, there are four or more accounts all with the same promotions or showing what products they have. I try and directly message one and it says that the Instagram doesn’t accept direct messages. I am flustered, so I look at the receipt and see a email address. I test that out and it’s been 5 days since then while I’ve written this review that no one has even contacted me. I love the look of the items, but if they don’t even fit me what’s the point, so anyone buying make sure you understand the size chart or at least you expect the size to be one size smaller. I know I’m a bit on the taller and heavier side too, so I can’t exactly pin all the blame on them, but could they at least give me the decency to try and contact me.

The quality of clothes is very poor (The same you have in sites like Wish.com).
Definitely it doesn't worth the price.
It's a website .fr but they ship from China.
Now I try to have a refund but I'm non so hopeful.

I ordered some shoes, the company sent me the wrong shoes. I had to email 2 times to get a response about how they would correct the issue. They never apologized and they didn’t give me the option to get the correct shoes, they just gave me a refund. I will NEVER order from them again. It really sucks because I ordered the shoes for a trip.

Spent around $250 on a few clothes, took a month to come and all of it was horrible quality. I could get better clothes from the dollar store. Hell, I didn't even get one of the things I ordered. Trying to get a refund but it isn't looking good. Even if they accept I think I have to pay the $30+ shipping fee to toss it back. Don't do it, just don't. If you want something cheap but better try Shein, at least they sell wearable clothes.

Very trash company. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. If you’re a business, be a business. Make sure orders are right and put the customer first. Highly don’t recommend ordering because you’ll more than likely get the WRONG COLOR AND WRONG SIZE!!!

Where is my package?

I ordered a hoodie and a necklace on august 31th (#8346) and they send me a mail telling me that my package will be sent within 3 days and that I will get a confirmation mail.

Obviously I received nothing and I also didn't get an answer after mailing them 3 times. I am going to wait till monday and if there isn't any reaction I am going to refund this.

They never got back to me about an item i bought back in may. it’s now September and i’ve heard nothing back from them. but the items i did receive from one of my orders wasn’t even what was photographed on the site. it was terrible material and the writing wasn’t in english like it was in the site. and the shirt was just like a walmart shirt with a photo ironed on. OH AND THEY WERENT EVEN THE RIGHT SIZE. it’s a scam and i should’ve saw it 🤷🏽‍♀️

Biggest load of wankkk ever, I waited over two months to get my order, (5041)

Now I’m not usually one to complain about the clothes I get and I’m all for helping out “small” business’ if I like what they have to offer. And with FUTURXWEAR I really did like their collection, and they seemed relatively legit, but I was willing to take the risk because haha, why not. And seen as though I’d spent £70 in total over two items I would expect them to be pretty decent quality as I’ve manufactured and sold clothes before.

Now not only did they send me cheap Chinese excrement, they didn’t even send the correct size. And when confronted about this ( multiple times) they sent me a reply (after two months) saying I need to email back at a later date.

Honestly, the print and the texture of the material is disgusting, it’s like wearing polystyrene (I wouldn’t know because the clothes don’t fit me let alone my little sister) but the fabric is terrible.

So yeah, big no from me. Do not buy anything from these, because there’s no customer service and it’s not a real site, it’s just dropshipping at its worst.

They sell stuff you can buy in AliExpress but three times more expensive. Save your money.

Still waiting for my order that was made on the 15th of may (6280) the website seemed pretty legit but I’m not quite sure if it’s a scam. No emails have been responded to. Since they have now delayed my order making me wait 2 months longer for it (maximum delivery day being the 14th July). I’m unsure if my clothes will actually come or not. I spent nearly £70. Therefore, it better had come or I’m expecting a refund. They have an app you can use which also helps u track your order etc. Which is the only somewhat helpful thing.
