The Price , with Discount
The Price , I was offered a Discount via a card, 25%, which should have been accepted at the checkout. I ended up paying 25% more. The offer should be automatically added to my order within the time frame of the offer, I only located the card after the order was placed. You need to update your checkout software to include the discounts given, promp the customer of the card offer/discount applies if they have the number to enter, which obviously I had, but forgot/ failed to enter

Typically, EU orders below £135 are exempt from customs charges, however, France recently introduced a small parcel tax, which is applied after an parcel has been cleared by customs.
Unfortunately, at this time there isn't anything we can do to avoid this, however we are looking into solutions to ensure that you don't have to pay any extra tax!
