I placed an order on March 30 this year. It's May 26th and I still haven't received my order. I have requested a refund twice already via email, which is the only way to contact them. I received an email stating post office has package however post office didn't have it. Requested refund again, still nothing. Once of the refunds I requested refund via PayPal in which denied because the company said I was getting refunded.
The site is legit but it took 8 weeks and many emails to their support team to receive my men's clothing. Will not do business here again.

I too ordered a product that I wanted to be a Christmas present on December 9th, 2024. No mention of an issue not being able to deliver by December 25th. I have yet to receive my order. No updates on delivery issues. This is a terrible way to do business. Communication is awful. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
I wouldn't give them a 1 star.... I've been waiting on my package I ordered December 6th 2024. They only respond with "wait for shipping update."
I ask for a refund and they say sorry it's shipped but can't tell me e where it is . They even created a new order number different than the original so I didn't look like it has been that long of a time since ordering. It has been 40 DAYS since I placed the order.
I just want a refund and to never hear from them again.
