I was disappointed in the amount of effort it took to place my order and get it resolved. I sent several emails not through the website but never received a response. Finally, found where to email and proceeded to contact you again and sent emails. It took me constantly trying to contact the company before I was able to get this resolved.
When I saw my supply was getting low I attempted to contact the company assuming I was on auto refill.
If I had never tried the product I would have given up.
There should be an easier to contact your company.

When a shipment was damaged, they replaced it.

I have been a FutureKind customer since December 2022. I love the FutureKind products. I take two of their supplements daily: Vegan Collagen Boost and Super Plant Complex. I also use Plant-Powered Meal Shake - Stevia Free Formula. I feel better taking these high quality products. I have subscriptions for the aforementioned products. There are usually no issues. The one time there was an issue — FutureKind quickly resolved the matter.

Customer service is a bit slow but they do get back to you.

I appreciate that this company does third party testing of their suppliments and that they are willing to provide copies of these reports. Transparency in the supplement industry is rare so this is very important to me. They also have great customer service. Highly recommended

Order processing and shipping times are well below expectations. Shipping times take unusually long to be delivered. My last order to a month to be delivered. It took so long that I had forgot I ordered them and already had gone out and replaced the supplements

I have very bad experience. You charged me for delivery even though your website said delivery was free over a certain amount of money. I immediately responded and asked you to cancel my order, no one from your company has written back to me for several days. I had a subscription with you but I cancelled it. I am no longer interested in your products.
