The product tastes very old...or like cardboard. It's either expired, close to expiring, or maybe spoiled from sitting in the heat for too long.

Fast shipping however I think I’m getting too much of one of my vitamins,‘s so how can I adjust that?
Packaging in large bottles for small quantities seems to be wasteful

Generally find your website difficult and confusing to use.

I love ordering vegan supplements from this company. I currently do the Iron+vitamin C (gotta have the C for good absorption), collagen booster, omega 3s and the Protein Meal Shake. I don't think the meal shake has a great flavor, but I do appreciate the meal replacement aspect. It's one less meal I need to think about planning, purchasing and preparing. It's filling too. I add bannana, blueberry, spinach, cinnamon, vanilla extract and a dash of salt. I probably will keep it in my diet. I feel good and all my labs since I've been eating a vegan diet show that I am getting all the nutrients I need.

Future Kind has shipped my order to the wrong address twice now. I have updated my address in the app multiple times, and have contacted customer service. They said they would replace the order. They did not. I asked for a refund for the current order, they will not provide a refund saying I will receive the order. I won't. It's being shipped to an address I haven't lived in 15 years. I cancelled my subscription. Terrible customer service.

So far, I have only used the Omega 3. I have ordered it 3 times. What a pleasure not to experience that awful fish smell! This product tastes and smells fresh and fruity. It makes sense to produce an Omega 3 directly from seaweed eaten by fish and cut out the "middle man" (fish). I will continue to use this product.

This company is great. Triple tested vegan vitamins approved by my primary care doctor. Always shipped in a timely manner. I go straight to the company and bypass Amazon. Thanks you guys for starting this business!!

I’m not good at this, but these guys deserve the best review: their supplements are effective and also vegan. The price point is attractive, plus timely reminders are helpful for stocking up so one doesn’t fall behind.

No more hair and nail gummies needed. Finally found a vegan collagen supplement and it has lived up to the hype! My nails are stronger and after at least three months of Future Kind vegan collagen supplement my ongoing split in my thumbnail which was unsightly and painful is gone! I’m thrilled to have an intact thumbnail again. Goodbye to several years of constant fussing with topical nail products including super glue! Love the automatic reorder option and the carefully packaged glass bottle that arrives on my doorstep. Thank you Future Kind!

UPDATE: I originally gave 1 star because of the reasons below. I am updating it to 4 stars because they did end up refunding me for all of the mistaken shipping costs and sent me a gift card equal to the amount of my last order. That is a great customer service response, but I am keeping a star because I don't feel like they would have done this if I didn't make a big fuss about it online. I left about 23 bad reviews identical to this one a few hours ago, and I'm going to update them all as well because I do appreciate that the problem was resolved. I still do not intend to return as a customer, but I never had a problem with their vitamins and their company is trying to do good.

This rating is because of their customer service, and I would give no stars if I could. I've been a customer of theirs for years, and I have had a subscription renew every month. Shipping is supposed to be free for orders over $69, and my orders were $100+. I realized that I've been charged for shipping the last 10 times, which comes to a total of $69.50 in shipping costs for orders that exceeded the free shipping limit. I contacted them to ask if I could get a credit for the cost of shipping that should not have been charged in the first place, so I could put it towards my future orders, and they would not do that. I then said I want the shipping for those orders to be refunded, and they only refunded one of them. I was still overcharged $62.55 and they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm incredibly disappointed, lost money, and now have to find a new company who takes responsibility for their mistakes.

My order was delivered but the package was empty.I’m assuming my order was stolen by Amazon. I’ve contacted futurekind but I still have not received an update on the status of my order after being informed that it would take 2 days for them to get back to me.

Vegan B12 found finally. The B12 vitamin is soluble making it easy to take. The process for ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The returns process is also the easiest I've ever experienced, just in case you order the wrong item.
