The first mirror I received was…
The first mirror I received was damaged. When I called the issue was dealt with promptly no questions asked. A replacement was sent within the week. Future glass made everything easy.

Future Glass was fantastic
Future Glass was fantastic, 5 stars. The mirror is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Even better quality than I was expecting. Packing was excellent, very well protected.
I was not happy with the subcontracted delivery company at all though. I was given NO option to select a delivery day or window of time. So I took a day off work to be home for the delivery. When they did deliver, they just dumped it on the doorstep, didn't knock on the door, didn't ring the bell. Nothing. I live on a main road, with my front door 2 steps from the footpath ANYONE could have walked off with my $300 plus mirror. Lucky it was so big and heavy no one stole it. I cannot believe they just left my purchase sitting alone on the doorstep, I could barely drag it inside the house by myself. Also, no number available for customers to ring the delivery company if you want to speak to them.
