As a previous review has alluded to, this company has now closed and has basically done a runner. They didn't notify any of their customers, including those with active mail forwarding services, and have gone completely dark. Started initially with emails going unanswered, LiveChat disappearing from the site and their phone support going quiet, their website has now also gone offline. Stay away, and avoid! If you have an active mailing service with them, change your address asap!

I have not received any mail for 6 months (except 1 letter). After 6 months, that seemed suspicious, sent a test letter to them, that never got notified. Tried calling for the past month (around 10 times), but it looks they shut down.

Avoid !!!
