Massive scam

Looks like a lot of people have been ripped off by futurecom not honouring rebates or contract buy out fees after promising to do so. The kids that run it have ran off with everyones money. Ive been ripped off over 1k. Thankfully they've ceased trading but no doubt will surface somewhere else. Anyone who has a contract with futurecom check out the facebook page "problems with futurecom" . We dont know how many people are affected yet.

It's like being in an abusive relationship.

You conned me into a three year contract with the promise of a £50 p/m refund which wasn't paid for the first year until I spent a day on the phone with James: The third person to introduce themselves as my account manager. James paid the outstanding hundreds I was owed, including the early disconnection fee you promised and failed to refund - on the spot in order to get us to remove a one star review here on trustpilot, and even offered to pay the next couple of months' refunds in advance. I refused this offer stating that "All I want is what was agreed on the date it was promised each month".

Since then, refunds have been honoured, but you missed the refund for May and when we called you promised to pay it 'soon'.

The refund for June came through as expected, but still no sign of the missing May refund.

Now I find that you have also missed the July Refund. This means I'll have to spend another day on the phone waiting to be told that the matter has been passed on to the accounts department. Meanwhile I'm £100 out of pocket because somebody couldn't be bothered to do their job.

We made an agreement which I have honoured every step of the way, and yet your distain for me and, it appears, hundreds of your other customers, is something I find astonishing. You've rigged it so that neither O2 nor Plan.com can do anything about the fact that I'm now trapped in a contract with a company who won't honour it.

This is utterly disgraceful behaviour - standing orders like the one James set up to issue my due refunds are not cancelled by anybody but the company who set them up. So telling me that you don't know why these payments have been missed is a barefaced lie.

Please call me today with a guarranteed date on which this missing money will be paid,

My company name is The Distance.

Facebook:/ futurecomms problems

To those who don’t know there is a group on Facebook called “futurecomms problems” Joe Stickler is now in the group and replying to customers, this is a good place to come and rant about how bad your contracts are.

they got me as well totally duped

Firstly if you could tap a zero star rateing it would be well below that
To any unfortunate people who are feeling hard done by the way they have been treated by future comms
I would suggest contacting the following-
Your own branch of trading standards

The National trading standards association
( very helpful ).

The local tradeing standards in Gosport,

Offcom governing body

Tv programs
RIP-off Britain , Dominic DOM - rogue traders

You must report them otherwise they will keep getting away with this

Never gave me handsets

Never paid disconnection fees

The more reviews you look at the more you will notice they resemble your own situation the sad part is there are a lot off new reviews going up about future comms NO STAR RATINGS from me hope my info may help others

bad Service

Future comms sold everything so well to me, how wrong was I. I’m fed up of having to keep ringing about my 2 contracts, and still not getting a answer. I 110% will not be going with this company (future comms) again. Pay a lot of money every month, should come with a decent service. Also when you get a manager asking for you to leave them a good review I think is so cheeky. But don’t worry you will be getting a review of some sort
