still having problems with cordless hedge cutter they have sent me new batteries but soon as it cuts through small branch stops working but i only use it for the lady next door who as MND so not the ideal situation regards barrie ps if you tell me what i need to do then i will fix it as i am a retired electronics engineer

Bought a cordless hedge trimmer in June 2023 and only used it a couple of months before storing it for winter. Got it out this week (July) and it wasn't working properly. The contact numbers on the Terratek website are incorrect. When I finally got the correct details they replied with a generic message. Tried again, same message. They are a waste of time, not interested in after sales care, now I know why their products are cheap, you get what you pay for.

How on earth do you get through to…
How on earth do you get through to these people? Do they even exist?
I purchased a cordless screwdriver through Amazon and it's great but I recently lost the charger. As my screwdriver was originally from Futura Direct, I thought I'd contact them to see if they could sell me a replacement charger. A simple yes or no question.
When you phone, you can't speak to anyone, they just give you an email address. When you send them an email, you just get a robotic "we can't locate your order, suggest you double check with the seller"
I actually want to spend money with these people if they sell a replacement charger, but they seem completely incapable of being able to deal with a simple request. I love my screwdriver, but I can't use it as it's out of charge and no-one at their distribution office is either willing or capable of advising me how to get a replacement.

No problem with the actual service, but over £12 for a replacement knob for an extendable hedge trimmer, strikes me as excessive.

My order was sent to the wrong address, my previous address, despite me telling Futura about my mistake within an hour of placing the order! Awful.

We bought an item called the Purus King size Electric blanket from Futura and after about six months it stopped working. The Blanket was still under warranty so I emailed Futura regarding this. There were no quibbles and within a few days we received a replacement. We were very happy with the outcome and the pace at which the company acted to keep the customer happy.
