This company has absolutely no customer service i have been waiting over 18 days for a refund and today took the biscuit first of all they say they haven't a clue what I'm on about then i have had to resend all the tracking details again and have been told to wait another 5-7 days for my money ,thats the 3rd time I've been told this . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

Great little heater.…
Great little heater perfect for our downstairs loo. We did have a problem with the first heater we received but one e-mail to futura and 2 days later a new heater arrived. Amazing customer service. We are very pleased with the heater and the service we got.

i would not recomend buying from this company product very good comunication rayted 0 there is no phone number that you can contact the company emailing is very slow in fact none existent ,item arrived missing one of its batteries a night mare trying to get one did in the end but would not buy from again other than that strimmer works as it says on tin .
