Order cancelled without my request
I do not recommend FutuNatura.
I placed order #268132 with cash on delivery. The delivery was supposed to take a few business days, but after 11 days I received an email saying the courier had temporarily stopped accepting shipments to my address.
They asked me for an alternative address or courier office. I clearly replied that another address was not convenient and that I was willing to wait for delivery to the original address.
The next day, they cancelled my order anyway. I never requested cancellation.
In my opinion, this is poor customer service: delayed delivery, pushing the courier problem onto the customer, and then cancelling the order without the customer’s consent.
