The sink stopper is made of plastic with chrome coloring! The basket part of it is made with the thinnest, cheapest metal. I have never seen such a poor quality product in shops anywhere. I contacted Futumall to return it but didn't get any response. I shouldn't be surprised as it was shipped from China. This was the worst $20 I've ever spent.

I ordered one thing but then was charged for more. I tried to cancel within minutes by calling but was told it was too late to cancel. It has been over a month and I still have not received my order but you made sure you got my money right away.
