I received prompt response and the problem was solved

Fine. No surprises. Not the quickest shipping

Although there were issues with shipping my order and I never received it, Durian (the rep who replied to my email about the delivery issue) did all he could to make the situation better. He made a request to issue a refund for my purchase. He took an unpleasant situation and created a positive outcome by providing excellent customer service.

Everything in the product is toxic. The cap does not come off to refill if wanted something better to put in it as told on advertisement.

Drain plugs were too big and unable to use them in any of my sinks

While the product received was is perfect order, unfortunately, it did not fit my sink drains. When I reached out to Futumall to request a refund, Julia responded quickly and efficiently, setting the refund in motion. Within a few days, the refund showed in my account. Great customer service!

Charles responded to my email with a resolution to my problem in a timely manner. Charles was very professional and understood the situation. He also explained the process for the resolution. This is what creates loyalty to your company and makes me do business with you again I also will make sure I tell every one I know to buy your products because of your outstanding customer service. Purchased this product from an online add one of my regular podcasts. Once it arrived I found that the sink I wanted it for was not a normal dimension, and the product was too large to fit. I asked if there was a smaller insert that I could exchange it for but it only came in the one size. The representative readily offered a refund.

This order is taking way to long to receive.

I have tried to return these drain strainers as they do not fit my drains. 2 emails no response. A total rip off.

I've been trying to you to send me my order. I never received my order. It's been over a month. I'm tired of waiting. I'm also going you to the federal trade commission. Also I will call every scam site there is and let everyone know of the scam you are pulling on me. It's only a $20.00 item but it makes a difference to me. If anything you would think that you could at least answer my texts.My experience with you has been a nightmare.

Only used peeler on potatoes and have given 1 away look forward to use on cabbage.
