While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

purchased a digital software product…

purchased a digital software product and received a license key. Shortly after purchase, I noticed the software was not usable in my specific setup and contacted the seller in a polite and timely manner.
No meaningful support was provided. After I contacted PayPal buyer protection, I was:
removed from the required Discord server,
locked out of my software account,
and ignored in further communication.
Although PayPal ruled in favor of the seller (which I accepted), access to the paid product was not restored, and no refund was issued.
End result:
Paid product + no access + no support.
This is not how legitimate digital services should treat paying customers. I cannot recommend this seller.
