The service is friendly, and honest. No one tried to hassle me, and they explained all the details. Delivery was in 3 days. I'm very impressed with them!

I received my encased coil mattress quickly and it's great! There are very few companies that are as attentive as the people at Futonland. It's appreciated!

What made my experience great is the fact that after placing my order online, I received a phone call. I was called to make sure I knew what I was buying. I enjoyed our conversation. It made me believe that here was a company that really cared about the product. And thanks for such a quick delivery also.

Customer service at this store is very communicative and knowledgeable. However, the items I purchased, coconut coir bed pads, were listed by Futonland under a made-up brand name "TFSleep", while they were actually manufactured by a different brand, The Futon Shop. I am disappointed, I thought this store was trustworthy, but they obscured what brand was manufacturing the item.

A bit of a delay in receiving, but the barstools arrived and are terrific. Easy to assemble, and the olive green leather is great.

The whole customer experience was great. The only issue was the tracking of the product. It got stuck in at the Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery's Tampa Deliver Hub. The product was there on 2/19/2025. Our schedule delivery was 2/28/2025. I had to call them on the 2/27/2025 to see if the deliver was still planned on 2/28/2025. I never received a timeframe conformation notification 24 to 48 hours prior to the delivery date. After I made the call to the Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery, I found out it was on schedule for the 28th

Solid quality futon frame and futon mattress. Great customer service. Timely shipping and delivery. :)

I was happy to find a local company with enough variety and good quality futons that the process was easy. But I couldn't believe that within 24 hours I would have my beautiful futon. I chose the white glove service and the fellows were pleasant curteous and careful with my purchase.

Item was easy to order. We chose a 3 inch king size mattress and tatami mats. Company called next day to verify the order and we had it in less than a week. Quality appears good. We’ve had a few days to sleep on it and it is comfortable ( I was already accustomed to a thin mattress).

I liked the product, the twin futon chair to bed with the sliding panels is a fairly unique product and fit my need. One star off for not very good instructions. Luckiy I have built a lot of furniture and was able to figure out. And the item had some scratches and dings upon delivery. But delivery was quick and they called to make sure the order was accurate so good customer service
