Futonland was great! I did an online order for bedroom furniture, they promptly called two days later as stated in email. I received my furniture in about two to three weeks later. The delivery company they use called and made delivery seamlessly easy. Highly recommend Futonland and I will order again in the future. Thanks

Apart from the fabulous website, the staff followed up with my delivery arrangements, provided the futon cover inside the wrapped up futon, wrapped it in heavy shipping plastic, and stayed in touch via email throughout the transaction.

Good company to deal with. I received an email verifying the order and then received a verbal phone call from a rep who asked a few questions to make sure I was ordering the correct size for my needs. They also called to make sure I was who I claimed to be and that the order was going to the right address before they shipped it. I was impressed.
The futon is OK for the price. I've had others in the past that were more robust, but they cost a lot more than $190. I'm happy with what I got.

Buying furniture online feels scary-we got great service from start to finish with FutonLand. They called to confirm the order, talked with me about what I ordered to make sure I understood the size and description. When the cover I received wasn’t quite what I thought it would be in terms of color and I emailed for a replacement, they called again and emailed me photos of color samples to choose a replacement.
Putting together our futon was made easier by the online videos which were clear and helpful. I would recommend this business with no reservations!!!!

When we first got it out of the box we weren't sure if we liked it. Once it decompressed we were relieved to find it comfortable and very nice.
