We’re glad you liked the shirts. Regarding the names on the back — we actually give customers full freedom to choose what they want to print. You can write the name of any player (past or present), or even a custom name or number. Just type it exactly how you'd like it during the order process.

I ordered from Austria with an individual number. The delivery takes a little longer but the price - performance is great. The dress looks brilliant and excellent customer service, including via Whatsapp. I will order again.

Asking me to cut a shirt up
I ordered a shirt and the shirt came with its faults and i contacted the team, to which they replied quite fast which was a plus. I asked for a replacement or refund. I was then told to cut up the shirt and send them a video of me doing so??? Outrageous and poor customer service as opposed to it's competitors...

On the other hand, we are very sorry to hurt your feelings. Like we spoke by e-mail a few minutes ago, we don't want that but like every business in the world, a person cannot have money and product. It's not fair for anyone. We are not perfect and of course we cannot please everyone. We hope so but that's impossible. If something arrives wrong or not satisfied the client, we are more than open to refund or send a new product but for that we need a proof. It's logic and you'll find more services like ours in the future.

I am really happy with futgy, first the Shirts have great quality for cheap prices, second the delivery time is also very good, you get your shirts about two weeks after you ordered and last of all, they have great customer Service, i asked for two shirts and a team, they didnt had on their Webseite yet, and i got a respond on the same day, and the best of all they just added the Team (Union Berlin) i asked for. A clear recommend to order on futgy!
