I would like to say that from the sales representative to the driver and crew who arrived at my home in Richland, Washington everyone was super professional and they worked as quickly as possible. Fusion Van Lines made my move and Storage so hassle-free. I just received my furniture and am pleased. I would be looking to recommend to family and friends in the future

Terrible experience. If you want a timely move, customer service, and actually want to receive your items- do not book with this company.

First off, our delivery date was withheld from us. We reached out to management multiple times via phone call and email, but wouldn’t receive and update or call back on the status of our shipment. We ended up being over a month without our belongings.

When the company finally decided to move our items from their storage, they did not notify us. We knew because we placed as AirTag to track our belongings that we saw them enroute. The day of arrival, the driver texted us saying he would be there in two hours (it was 8pm on a Sunday). They arrived at 10 with a moving truck that woke all our neighbors.

Upon arrival I was missing two of my items as well! A lot of our pieces were scraped and damaged as well.

Do not trust this company.

Updated Review: Hired Fusion for an out of state move, they will help with unloading and delivering your items as per contractual agreement. Keep in mind that expected delivery dates cannot be promised but they will try to make it by the desired time frame.

This company used to be known as all trust movers they held my stuff for ransom from November until June of this year when the federal motor car safety association has release my stuff I originally contracted for $2800 after loading my stuff on the truck they told me I owed $8000 I sent them 2000 and they told me I owe him 10,000 they put my stuff in the storage in Pennsylvania and then charged me $700 a month for storage fees when the storage unit was only $180 a month they don't storage unit they rent out from other people And charge you three times more than the company itself thanks for the diligence of myself and another gentleman we were able to get all movers shut down they had someone reapply for a DOT number because DOT number had gotten taken but John Jose and all of the guys over there at the new fusion van lines know that there are a bunch of criminals It's sad that when somebody is trying to start a new life there are criminals out there like these guys looking to take it advantage Advantage my son did not even have a bed for Christmas because all of his belongings have been in the storage locker since November 17 these people are the worst type of people do your Research

Do not use this company!! These other five star reviews have to be fake…we had the worst experience. They are pushy to get you to sign your contract. The will entice you with a low quote and then they will lay on another $3,000 after they put your stuff in the truck (square footage, stairs, and scammy inventories). They lost some of our stuff and I had to retain an attorney just to get them to respond after being weeks late and not responding. They lost some of our things and damaged the rest. Do not use this company!

Worse experience ever. I should have actually looked at the dates of these reviews. Where are the ones from years ago, if this company has been in business for 25 years? Items picked up on March 23rd for a move from OH to GA. Didn't get here until Apr 17th. No real communication unless they were looking for a payment. Then I got calls, emails and text messages. I had to call for updates and they seemed annoyed when I wanted to know the status. They were paid before items removed from truck, they own me $75, the driver only more the items until the 75 feet allowed before you're charged. I got charged for stairs that the driver didn't climb.

I had a great experience with Fusion Van Lines. From start to finish, they provided amazing service that made our move a breeze. Movers Alex and Salvator was professional, punctual, and extremely efficient.
One of the things that stood out was the care they took with our belongings. Everything was wrapped and handled with precision, and nothing was damaged during the move.
The movers worked tirelessly and completed the job in record time, all while maintaining a high level of quality. Their dedication and hard work were evident, and it made the entire process much less stressful.
