Concern citizen

My name is Anthony Roberts and I have witnessed nothing but unprofessional behaviour coming from fusion that’s limited installing appliances that are infested with cockroaches windows that have constant drafts coming through and unable to secure windows a house is being effective. Your cockroaches left to grow the infestation cookers and appliances taken and not replaced for weeks at a time vulnerable parents as in a vulnerable parent and a mother of five children. left without a cooker to feed her children for nearly 3 weeks having to survive for microwave meals which are not nutritious and not good for anybody fusion let’s limited are an absolute letdown on the community of LUTON. They do not have your best interest at heart all they care about is money they don’t care if you can’t feed your children they don’t care if you have creepy cool cool cool and bugs climbing in your cupboard and contaminating your food fusion let’s limit it does not care about you all they care about is money one of the worst companies I’ve ever seen witnessed their behaviour. I tried to come to the office and talk to them and I nearly ended up having a fight with one of their members of staff he was that unprofessional he even had the audacity to turn around and say why do you even care who lives in that house? Well my children live in that house that’s why I care you absolute moron. I am my advice to anybody swerve fusion lets do not do business with them. Do not endanger your children by placing them in their properties. Do not endanger yourself. Stay clear stay safe God bless do not use fusion let’s limited.

Everything broken before we moved in and most.of it they won't fix

So I've been given emergancy accommodation at one if their properties they manage? they are ignoring everything I'm asking to be fixed! so far on moving in the boiler was broken the heaters dont work the shower is broken the microwave was full of rust there was nothing to use on getting here the cooker is broken the washing machine door is broken theres mouldy blinds in one room making it unusable and the curtain polls are rusty and stuck together by tape.
They are blaming me for everything or saying that they don't need to supply anything because the council who placed us here didn't say to have it so they arent doing anything, I have medical needs and they are ignoring them they lied on signing up for the keys, I asked if there was any issues with noise because I have medical conditions that these will effect they said there was no noise and there is actually building works in the property below, which they told me to deal with myself so I tried, they were rude and disrespectful to me so they eventually spoke with management they fixed the boiler and only replaced the microwave because the council told them to they have not fixed the shower for 2 weeks knowing I have health conditions but still nothing is being done probably because I have asked for it to be done even though my socail prescriber has contacted them to provide them with proof im not able to bath yet it's still broken the heaters they told me to plug into a different power outlet but there isnt one available for it to be plugged in and I'm meant to buy things I won't need as my.l items are in storage that I have no access to but I need to buy more and even take them with me on one days notice in the future. I've had to spend money on a TV, a kettle, a toaster ,cups and everyday kitchen essentials and stull don't have what's needed for living here due to lack of funds but they won't provide them in emergancy accommodation ! they left a glues together hoover for me to use to clean which of course broke as soon as I tried to use it so I'm unable to clean the property and have explained to them I can't afford those items they told me they won't be supplying one because the council did not say they needed to and closed the issue without helping, the blinds/curtain rails they said are.in working order.so won't be doing anything about them they are mouldy in one room so they are dangerous for our health but that's not an issue for them we do not use that room because of the blinds which smell and make the rest of the house smell.too so we've shut the door and sealed it by putting clothes under the door so the smells gone which kinda helps but we shouldn't have to do that.
they have been extremely unhelpful and dismissed everything because my local council hasn't told them to do it but I'm begging them to either fix or sort out and I'm being told to do unreasonable things to do or buy everything myself for a property that isn't mine? they made me download an app to contact them and raise issies on which is making my phone stop working properly it was working fine before.i downloaded that app now and now soon as I download it my phone freezes and doesn't work correctly I have over 70gb of storage left so know.its not anything else and I've checked for viruses there's none but the app is surely to blame for this as the app freezes aswell but that's how we need to contact them to be told they aren't doing anything or be told to take photos of everything send them over and do what we already explained to do they arent very good at.all they are leaving us in a broken property without any reguard and saying no to everything because my council haven't asked them my housong officer isn't the greatest and i have a complaint issued over this property about her not helping either so I've been left with my eight year old with no heating, no where to wash and with nothing to help live in their property how am I meant to clean the property without anything to clean it? I told them that I can't afford to purchase these items they don't care.
I'd say it was shocking if all companies in my town weren't the same as these doing the bare minimum for their tenants unless a useless council tells them to do it, were left to it and ignored and this company is probably the worst because at least the other ones supply with the essentials for living, this company won't even fix the heating or provide you with the essentials.
I've lived in emergancy accommodation before and this is by far the worst managed we couldn't even move in for 2 weeks because they had not provided anything to sleep on
