Just a warning. ⚠️ This store steals and is thieves. They pose as Fusioniten online store. They are basically thieves from China. Be careful buying anything from China. They advertise on a lot tick tick channels.

Massive scam. Stay away. They take your money, never deliver any products and never answer any contact attempts. I am gutted.

Fusionkick website no longer available.Order placed in March, no tracking order, no answer to multiple emails and order not received (148EUR).

This is SCAM - ive bought sneakers and never heard anymore anything from this idiots. They never reply on my emails. no tracking, no shipping info. Nothing. they should go to jail

I recently purchased a pair of sneakers from Fusionkick Shop, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience.
First off, the website was easy to navigate, with a great selection of sneakers.

I odered purple sneakers in size 38. I got pink sneakers in size 41. Nobody is answearing my mails or calls how to return them. For 3 weeks now I have tried to contact Fusionkicks without any response. The quality seems ok, well packed etc, but it was not what I ordered and paid for. Never again! Avoid!!!

Absolutely the worst experience and company possible. Non-existent customer service. They don’t honor cancellations (even when done the same day of ordering). They refuse to refund but also did not deliver the merchandise either. I even suspect they sell counterfeit merchandise as the discounts are too good to be true. I’m highly skeptical of the positive reviews they receive on Trustpilot. Read some of them and it’s quite clear they’re fake reviews. These types of companies should be fined and forced to close down. Utterly shameless.

Update: (March 5, 2025) After 2 months and many complaints unanswered and follow up actions by my bank, I finally received my shoes. However, I don't know if I would have received them without the actions taken by my bank. I still would not recommend using this site.

SCAMMERS! I would give no star if I could.I purchased a pair of sneakers at the beginning of January, and it’s now March. I wrote them several emails, and I filled out a customer complaint form on their website, and they never responded. I have filed a complaint with my bank to try and retrieve my money. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that their customer support emsil is not to Fusionkick but to Sportswearemporium.com which is another red flag. Do not purchase from these scammers.

Don’t buy from this company! I was scammed out of $150 for shoes that never shipped. Customer service never responds.

I purchased a pair of tenis shoes, but they never arrived, never got a trancking number, or got returned emails.

Absolutely awful ! I bought one pair of trainers they arrived after 2 months they were nice so I placed another order in November 2024 these trainers have never arrived ! I have sent numerous emails no one ever responds ! I’m now going to take legal action against them ! Do not buy from them !!!

My mum ordered me some gucci gazelles for Christmas.. I sent her the direct link, she made the purchase. After a few weeks, she received an email with a tracking link.. but they weren’t being delivered.. she started to panic and gave it another week. We both contacted fusion-kick a few times, with no response, so she was about to contact her credit card company to receive a refund, when a box was sat on her doorstep.
I can’t tell you how amazing the box, packaging etc is. The trainers are even better than the pic. Super chuffed with them! And very comfortable.
Maybe we should be a bit more patient when it comes to ordering items from abroad.

Scammers - don't make the same mistake I did. My purchase was made from a Facebook/Meta ad and they have a Shopify checkout to seem legit but they are not.

Scammers, stay clear.
