Very stressful experience – please be cautious
My experience with this company was extremely stressful and disappointing. After I resigned, my salary was withheld and my relieving documents were delayed without clear justification.
What made the situation worse was that, after my resignation, an agreement was suddenly presented to me with terms I had never seen or signed earlier. This created unnecessary fear and pressure during the exit process and prolonged the dispute for months.
Instead of a smooth exit, I faced repeated delays, uncertainty around background verification, and significant mental stress. As an employee, you feel helpless when salary and documents are controlled this way.
I am sharing this review so others can be cautious. Please do detailed verification before joining, speak with former employees, and don’t rely only on what is shown on the website or during interviews.
I genuinely hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.
