Munver provided a great service
Munver was friendly and helpful. He called to give a time of his arrival and did arrive at the time he said. He very neatly replaced our gas meter and showed us how to use it incase of an emergency or if a manual reading was required.
Really pleased with the job and would highly recommend as the service we received was great!

Christos I - excellent customer service
I recently scheduled a gas and electric smart meter installation with Fuse. They were supposed to be done on the same day but unfortunately due to a parts shortage, only managed to get the latter installed (last week). The gas meter installation ended up being today. That was my only qualm as I had to be home for another day. Nevertheless...
A lovely gentleman - Christos I. arrived within the stated timeslot given, introduced himself and showed me his ID before setting foot inside. He was also mindful of taking off his shoes before he came in. Overall he was very very thorough, double checking every thing before he left - cooker, boiler, fireplace etc. He walked me through everything, advised what I should do if I smelt gas etc.
From the outset he told me how long I should expect it to take (he did it way under time anyway) and also answered some other queries. He also linked the gas and electric meter so I can get the smart display. He was friendly, courteous and affable. Job well done Christos. Keep it up! Fuse has a keeper with this one!

I have recently been speaking to Fuse Energy for the installation of an EV charger and couldn't be happier. The process has been super simple and efficient with no hidden costs but the main thing has been the excellent customer service.
Ashvin has been my contact throughout and he couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Following up to get matters resolved and helping me navigate a slightly unusual situation whereby my company were paying for the install. He has kept me up to date throughout the process, always at the other end of an email or answering the phone whenever I rang. This truly is exceptional customer service! A++++

Relatively new to Fuse. I have tried through two other energy companies to get a broken smart meter replaced, and Fuse got it sorted out.
Bilal was the engineer who attended, and he was a thorough, tidy worker, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service so far.

I have been with Fuse Energy since 2023. I just think they are so good. I have never had a problem contacting them if I have a query. They are very helpful indeed. I would most certainly recommend Fuse Energy.
Very good customer support but there is a caveat.
Most of my interactions, including today, with Fuse have been good. Humans have been helpful and the AI, Plugs, is clearly top notch, very human-like. On the down side, I have needed fairly frequent contact with them as I find their online app rather quirky, lacking intuitiveness and doesn't work sometimes.
