Amazing customer services from Charles

Amazing customer services from Charles, representing Fuse Energy. Charles was able to go above and beyond to help me out in a sticky situation, resulting in a very happy result.

Meter Upgrade

We had a visit today to have both electric & gas meters upgraded, by Munver. What a really nice chap, explained exactly what he was going to do, got the job done, not quite all done as we are not fully online yet.... (not his fault) we hope this will be resolved in the timeframe we have been told.

Erinyes was good

Erinyes was good, prompt and responsive. He explained the matter as well as letting me know that it remained unresolved as the system was down from the suppliers side so he could not see the status. He did communicate with his team on this matter and they fed back the same.

Very helpful, quick service

Dhruv from Fuse has been so helpful in booking our EV charger installation. He found me an earlier date, when requested, phoned me to let me know and held the date until we paid. Very helpful and quick service making the experience so easy.

I've been 8 months with Fuse

I've been 8 months with Fuse, since day one they still have not connected the smart meters. They claim they have the best customer support but is impossible to even have a proper messaging interaction, unless you keep an eye on your phone 24/7 because the app doesn't even tell you when they message you. Horrible experience. I'm now again trying to coordinate another appointment (3rd) for an engineer to come and fix.

Great customer service- easy to contact…

Great customer service- easy to contact and speak to-
Can do while I am doing other things! Francis helped me sort an issue we have had for a couple of months not being able to access something on the app. She was friendly, polite and managed to sort my problems out really quickly! Thankyou 🤩
