I purchased the GLD; a new and innovative vertical record-player from Fuse via their Kickstarter scheme and when the unit arrived I was blown away with it's quality and build-standard.
There were a few teething errors (one accepts these with any Kickstarter as part of the experience) but the team (Joseph especially) at Fuse were incredibly reactive to any issue, and also proactive owing to the inevitable issues that pop-up with any new product.

I cannot fault the service, the professionalism and the sheer determination to get customers sorted to ensure satisfaction.

There are a lot of companies that can learn so much from these guys!
