Great company and staff

Until recently, I had never heard of you. I ordered a set of garden furniture. as we have just moved into a new house. However, just before it was due to be delivered, we had a very personal issue, and I was unable to have it, and wished to cancel the order. I rang you. and was lucky enough to speak to Natalie, who was so kind and helpful, very efficient. The order was cancelled, and I have been issued with a refund. In this day and age, I found the whole experience was brilliant, Natalie exceptional, I am sorry that it is only now, that I have discovered such a great company. I shall certainly look at your company first next time I am "shopping". Thank you Natalie and Furvell

Poor communication

Poor communication, delays in delivery. I am STILL waiting for the goods to be delivered.
This is a very very disappointing company. Won’t ever purchase from Furvell again.
I have told my family, friends and colleagues how poor the service and the lack of communication are.
Now I have to wait to see the quality of the chair 🪑 I have ordered which is hopefully going to be delivered on the 23/05/2024.

Awful company

Awful company, do not use. Ordered a table and chairs in February had to chase up arrival. Finally arrived end of March, not on the day they originally said at 11pm at night after waiting all day! Being told all sorts of excuses. Was told they would build for me as a good will gesture, fram arrived already built and it’s all scratched and damaged! As it was now gone 11pm we didn’t open the mouldy card board box of the table frame untill the next morning. Well surprise it’s the wrong table!! It’s now the 19th of April I have been chasing the company for a replacement have asked them to collect the lot and give me a full refund but not getting anywhere. Do not use this company they will lie and fob you off but happily take your money. They will also off to knock money off of you take bad reviews down as they previously done this to me and promised me my table arrival. Again all lies. Wish we had kept our hard earned money and gone else where!

Awful company- AVOID!!!!

Awful company. Ordered in Jan 24, dining table set with chairs. After waiting 2 months for delivery, got given wrong size table and wrong colour chairs. They came and swapped the table only and gave me a damaged one. I complained, heard nothing for a month. Opened a paypal dispute and straight away they contacted me begging me to close it and said they would replace the faulty/ incorrect items and also build it for me as a gesture of goodwill but only if I closed paypal claim which was against paypal advice. I reluctantly closed, They came to deliver and drivers did nothing but moan and also refused to build for me despite promising me they would. Absolute liars. Took me 3 months to sort out the issue. Luxury- anything but! I complained about them not building for me and asked for a partial refund or goodwill gesture for going 3 months without a table and chairs- they declined. LIARS. Do not buy from them.

Ordered an item on 11th March 24

Ordered an item on 11th March 24 . Today it is the 4th April and i still wait. Last week i had a phone call from the Company who said i would be given a full refund for the item and it would still be delivered. As yet i have had neither.
They do not even deserve the 0ne star that i had to give.
