My dög kept vomiting bile while wearing this collar! Thank goodness the vomiting ceased once I removed the collar. I DO NOT recommend.

The collars do contain only natural ingredients which I appreciated. However, my dogs have been wearing the collars for a couple weeks now, and I have still found multiple ticks on both dogs. The collars are completely ineffective. Additionally, I ordered two dog collars and three cat collars. Instead, I received five dog collars. When I brought the issue to the company's attention, they ignored my email. I am wildly disappointed.

I hadn’t finished my purchase and I had a fraud purchase on my credit card. My credit company alerted me while I was still purchasing. As soon as I put in my card number I was charged. I hadn’t finished the purchase. The fraud amount was more than the two collars I purchased. It came from Lifestyles in CA. They’re not getting a dime from me.

Do not buy from this company. Misrepresentation of product. Did not accept and sent back unopened. Have not received refund. When I called only offered partial refund. Scam and poor customer service.

SCAM!!!! This company was rated #1 out of top 5 collars for 2025!! As soon as I ordered we got an immediate text charging almost double the price with no emailed receipt!!!

Waste of Money,
we purchased two for our dogs, never got a receipt, took for ever to get the product then, when we put them on the dogs the fleas came back.
Customer service was terrible, they wanted a restocking fee and we had to pay shipping. after going back and forth we finally got a full refund.

The collar has been being used for over a month now and as I wrote your customer support, your product is useless. My poor dog still has flees and no matter what you said about testing and effectiveness you scammed me. I seen these same collars at Walmart and you bought them there and resold them online line under your name at a profit. If these were, in fact your product your name would be on the tin the collar cam in, and it's NOT. Please people do not buy from these scammers. And Facebook you should know better letting these and all scammers scam using your service, shame on you. I told you that my review was going to have the same words I sent you 2 times.

The collars do not work on my dogs. I normally use seresto collar and they work very well.. I notified the seller and they offered to refund 50% to PayPal so I don’t have to pay return and ship.They contacted me quickly so no problem with that.. I will take the 50% and donate to animal shelter; maybe they work better on cats

These collars DON'T WORK!! I gave my dog a Dawn bath & CapStar before putting this collar on her. Less than 3 weeks later, she's LOADED with fleas!! I call in to get that "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" and end up paying 25% of the cost! SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I ordered the collars, but unfortunately, they didn't work for our dog. We have to remove ticks from him every day. I emailed customer service and never heard back from them. Don't waste your money on this product.

I ordered 6 Collars from this company on July 1 2024. I never received any tracking info for my order. They stated, "it takes 10 minutes for email to send" then was disconnected. In our age of technology, it shouldn't take that long.
Every time i called a middle eastern person answered the phone,yet company is based in New Jersey?
My "expected" delivery date is July 11, 2024. I will be surprised if they actually arrive. I think this company is a fake entity and are scammers. I will update IF i get my Order. Im tired of people taking advantage of consumers. I will definitely be filing a complaint with consumer affairs to end this company. Buyer beware.

Don't waste your time or money. Just going to their site and trying to checkout should have been the Tell tell sign that something isn't right with this site, company, or whoever they are. Let alone the product. 30-day money back gurantee. Well of course becuase it'll take you at that amoun of time or longer to figure out the product doesn't work and they are just taking your money. Make sure you at least use Paypal like I did so you can get your money refunded.
