Hello the cat waterer i received didn't…

Hello the cat waterer i received didn't have a plug in....we needed to find an additional part (electric plug) in order to get it going. It also doesn't stay lit up - like the prior one we had did & it also doesn't have the sponge in the pump anymore, not sure if the design changes are for the better or not, just turned in on the other day. If in fact they are improvements - then we will be fine with it. the last one we ordered from you only lasted about a year...

Fast shipping, nice quality products

I ordered the elevated glass cat bowl on two separate occasions. Both times my order arrived quickly and the product was exactly as expected. I would say the quality of the product is great and the price is reasonable for what you're getting. I haven't been able to find other options for elevated cat bowls that look this nice so I am very happy with my purchase.
I can't vouch for any of their other products but I would trust that they are as advertised.

Raised Glass Cat Bowls

I ordered two of the two-piece raised glass cat bowls; they had all the features I had been looking for for our Bengals. They arrived exquisitely packaged and intact! I had used them successfully for a few days.
Then yesterday, as I was ready to wash one of the bowls I noticed that the shallow bottom piece was not evenly seated in the bottom of the bowl. I was not able to remove it. I also noticed there was moisture trapped in the bottom cavity of the bowl. I tried soaking the bowl in hot water. I tried squirting Dawn into the interface of the bowl and the bottom tray. Ultimately, I tapped the bottom of the tray on the counter, and sure enough the bowl cracked. Up until then I had not detected any "out-of-roundness" in any of the pieces, but something was making a vacuum and/or preventing me from separating those two pieces of glass, such that I could clean them. So, I am left with only one good bowl, and two cats.

The box was received in about a week or…

The box was received in about a week or so. The kicking out of the box of kitty litter has stopped. We are all quite relieved. The large size is appreciated too. I sent one to my relative, who just adopted 2 cats.

December 10 - Difficult

December 10. I received the order of 3 items. Opened one and found missing screws and the item is poorly constructed. 2 boxes are unopened and I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them about returning the items. No luck. They are difficult to reach.

Beautiful Bowl

Love this bowl! So pretty and nice quality. I got it for small dog but he’s a bit of an aggressive eating so given the round bottom and the shallowness, he would make a complete mess so I’ll be using it as a water bowl :)
