Good vets, poor scrip service
We take our kitty here. Very friendly folks, excellent vets. BUT, if you need prescription food here's the deal. They take forever to bring you your cans/dry food (lots of computer clicking and staring at screens, going back, coming out, going back again). They charge premium prices. If you ask for the prescription so you can order it from someone else, they'll give it to you BUT 1) It takes at least 24 hours, they won't scan and email/text it, you have to physically go back for it AND (this is my fave) they CHARGE YOU $10.00 for the privilege of giving you your prescription. It honestly feels like they're trying to gouge more money out of you every chance they get, which befuddles me because they are good at what they do and should not have to nickle and dime their customers. So, again, good vets, bad service on prescriptions, you are now informed!
