SOHO chair
SOHO chair arrived with broken backrest. Three other chairs had damage on backrest (splinters on plywood). Chairs were stacked with insufficient padding between them and they were not fixed at all inside the cardboard box. The cardboard box got terribly torn. Anyway, if the carrier had carefully followed handling instructions, there might have been less or no damage.
I appreciate NestDream responded immediately to my complaint and approved my refund claim. Then, it took 2 weeks and 2 emails to have the money back.
It´s a pity. SOHO chairs do look great, their light lean design is cool. Solid wood legs match the description on ND website, the plywood backrest and seat match the photos on the website. Delivered in 2 weeks.

I had a bad experience returning a couple of chairs I received with scratches. I couldn’t go to the office so they could arrange the pickup. The pickup was scheduled for November 5, but it was only collected on November 17 — and they didn’t even inform me they were coming on the 17th

Packaging was done poorly, with only a layer of paper around some chrome items. There were 2 minor damages on 2 parts of the table (metal dent/scratch). The screws to attach the table top had come out of its little bag, and were loose in the large box. The table itself it beautiful however, and serves its purpose.

Nest Dream is not to be trusted
I ordered a table at Nest Dream and payed with Ideal. The payment was was written off on my bankaccount. I did not receive a conformation of my order from ND. Answering my email about this, they let me know that they did not receive my payment. This is impossible because I have all the prove that I did pay my order (€ 404,10). After a long discussion with my bank they let me know that there was nothing that they could do because the payment was done. On the site 'Scam Detector' Nest Dream has a very low rating. It says: "This website is poorly designed and doesn't contain elements in the metadata that could help its online presence. As a result, it loses credibility and shows that its quality is questionable momentarily. As soon as they improve their back-end, we will update this information." Let this be a warning to people who consider to buy products there. I have filed a complaint at the ECC and the police and hope that Nest Dreams will refund my payment or send me my order.

Reply to Nest Dreams: I am very surprised by this reaction from NestDreams. I did already send all my screenshots of the order, my bankaccount, numbers etc. etc. to Nest Dreams. According to my bank (who advised met to contact the police) you did not contact your CPSP and/or PPRO. I contacted iDeal too and they told me the same thing. I also contacted Paypal and they said that my money would be refunded within 7 days, which did not happen! To make things worse you (not visible for the readers) you assed for my email-adres, transfer-number, tel. nr etc while you already have that!! I have sent you 6 emails or more. And you did not take any actions. In the mean time my money is still gone, disappeared into a black hole. And my order is still in the shopping-basket. Maybe you should check your website.
