Me and my partner are both first time buyers and we got in contact with furnley house to speak to a mortgage advisor, Zak was then our mortgage advisor and from the first minute we spoke to him he made us feel really at ease, he answered my 1 million questions to help me fully understand each step which he did brilliantly. I absolutely fully recommend.

As someone without much knowledge of financial planning, I find my annual reviews clear and easy to understand. The online platform is useful for information and updates in between annual reviews and there are also more general financial updates sent via email.

Have been using Furnley House now for my past 3 remortgages and have always had an excellent service and felt like we have come away with the best deal out there on the market. Kevin who has dealt with us the past 3 times has always been excellent on presenting options available to ensure that we are comfortable and clear on any choices we are making. Always delivered on timescales which is why we keep going back. They offer other financial advice services but we have not experienced these directly but would definitely consider given our mortgage application experience.

Both Darren Bradbury and Jon Kirkby have been extremely patient, understanding and very helpful with their advice. The work they did for us was timely, constructive and tailored to our specific needs and requirements.
