Avoid, total scammers. Shame on them to target the NHS and schools too. Product ordered in November 2020 still not arrived. Numerous emails and calls remain unanswered. Reported them to Trading Standards as can’t believe they are still being allowed to trade and blatantly steal my money.

It seems like they are scammers. I ordered bench with them month ago, not response to any of my emails, no telephone number to call them. Don't buy from them!

I ordered some items a month and a half ago. Had an initial email saying they would be delivered in 10 days then no further contact or sight of the items.

There is no phone number to call and nobody replies to emails!

brought a item over a month ago, still nothing then promised a refund and still nothing, i am now going down the legal route.

No update on delivery, asked for refund; again, no response. Is this a fake company? If so why is it still active??
Will try to recover monies with my bank instead. Dealing with them is a waste of time!

Waited for weeks for our order. No response from retailer.

I bought a bedside table on 27th March. Initially queried the delay after a few weeks and got a response to confirm issue with supplier however, my last 3 emails were ignored entirely re request for refund and to raise a formal complaint. I am now going through my bank and Ombudsman. Tempted to report to the police too as they are stealing people’s money. Never experienced this before in my life and I’ve been purchasing items online since 2004!!!

Purchased a coffee table on 29th April, they stated it was 'in stock' which is why I chose to buy from them as needed quickly. 2nd June and still no sign of it - have now contacted my card company to dispute payment.

Hi all, hope you are well! I ordered a desk at the beginning of April 2021 and didn't hear a thing from them other than the order confirmation email. I then contacted the mid May 2021 (over a month after ordering) and they replied that I'll have my ordered item in 7 days. (they just bought some extra time :(. ).
After them 7 days past I contacted them again and and they replied that there are issues with supplier and so on but I can have my full refund if interested...I waited few days and emailed them to refund me in full as I no longer want to wait, I'll buy a desk elsewhere. After I asked for a full refund they didn't reply anymore and didn't refund me either so I called my bank and raised a dispute, now the bank is dealing with them.
This is what genuinely happened to me, not sure this is how they operate in general so you do your research if you wish to purchase from Furniwork.

Ordered goods at the beginning of April and still not arrived. Nobody ever answers the phone (automated message) and no replies to emails either. I tried contacting the company accountant as per the Companies House registered address, but no joy there either. Wished I had read these reviews prior to ordering from an Furniwork.co.uk......I have learnt a lesson! Like other reviews, I have contacted my bank to request refund of my credit card payment.

Ordered two bed side tables in January and still not received them. Had multiple emails telling us they would be dispatched the next day. Will be claiming money back through our credit card company now.

Awful. Avoid. No communication. Take money but do not send any goods and ignore your emails until you mention that you will have to take legal action against them. No way of calling them. Having to try to get my money back via credit card company. Do not make the same mistake that I did.

Wish I to had read these reviews before purchasing. Absolutely no information from them, no reply from customer services nothing. My bank has reinstated the money to my account whilst raising a dispute with furniworks bank. I have just received a letter from my bank explaining that furniworks bank have defended the charge, and it is now going up to the next level. How can any bank defend a company who are cheats liars scammers pond life. Call them what you will, hand in glove bank and company totally corrupt

Absolutely no contact, refuse to reply to any form of communication either via the website, email or phone. Thoroughly disappointing and no idea if I will ever receive my order. Wish I had seen the reviews.

Wish I had checked on trustpilot before I ordered from them because I have received no communication from them at all. I bought my tables in early March and am still waiting. No response from customer service queries so I have asked for a chargeback from my credit card company and am waiting for the dispute to be settled.

Bought a small table from them... Nothing has arrived no communication from them. Ive now disputed this with my card company, so hopefully will get a refund.
Update: Just got a full refund from my card company

I placed an order 50 days ago, my emails are ignored and there is no sign or my order being delivered.
I have now asked for a refund but there is no response to my emails.
BEWARE FROM BUYING FROM FURNIWORK

Its taken 2.5 months for my order to arrive. Initially comms were good, got 10% refund due to delays then I got no comms. I saw the reviews on here and thought I'd been scammed so was just about to raise a Section 75 claim with my Credit Card company. Anyway the goods arrived today, all perfect. So I dont think there is an issue with the company apart from delayed goods (everything globally is delayed) and non existent comms from the company

I have actually been to find the company today, and what do you think - postcode (HG5 9JB) is a small industrial estate which has nothing to do with Furniwork. Spoke to other companies on same compound who have never heard of them! Rang 30 or so times on 01423 648707 which has an American answerphone message.
