To be honest good service, the two young lads were very good at their job, but when i read the reviews it said how comfortable the furniture was but we don't think it's very comfortable, i just hope we get used to it, or we have wasted our money

Honestly, I cannot be more impressed. Always skeptical about ordering things online as to how they'll be but if you're thinking of ordering the 'Tanya' suite , I can 100% recommend as with the company. I ordered late Monday evening and got a phone call Tuesday morning saying they would deliver Wednesday. Very helpful delivery guys. Quality suite, fantastic price . Thank you.

The service we received from this company from the beginning was first class. The price of the sofa was very competitive and we are delighted with it. The delivery guys were extremely helpful and carried it up to the 7th floor when the sofa wouldn't fit in the lift. Well done all

Clear website and fast delivery - parents are happy with sofa and chair. Only gripe is they didn't bother to plug it in so parents unable to use recliner option until we pop round - they are very elderly

Although a little more notice of delivery would have been nice. They said when the delivery would be and gave me all the details. The delivery guys were brilliant. They took the old sofa away and brought the new one in. Put where it should go and took away all the rubbish. They were so good that they did all this without waking up my daughter. Amazing.

I chose the Verona scatterback 4 seat sofa and 2 chairs in grey, and they are stunning.
The pictures on the website don't do them justice.
They are absolutely beautiful. From ordering, to receiving them, the transaction was second to none.
The Verona suite is exactly what I was looking for.
The quality is excellent. The delivery was on time, and the communication with the company was perfect.
As we were in the middle of decorating, Furniture Instore held them for us, until we were ready.
