One of my nightstands was damaged but driver did not give my husband sufficient time to inspect it.

RECEIVED THE DESK IN TWO BOXES, I WASN'T AWARE IT HAD TO BE ASSEMBLED. IT WASN'T COMPLICATED AND EASILY DONE AND LOOKS GREAT IN MY HOME OFFICE.

Bed is very durable. Like that rails must be screwed into head and foot boards. Last bed head trouble with rails coming off when having to kove bed.

Overall bed has nice look to it. On issues we're middle does not slide to great. Also when lifting head board on to platform it's heavy and you'll damage the bottom a little but it can't be seen to outside view

The delivery was great. No issues

Delivery took about a week longer than expected, but was worth the wait. Table and chairs arrived in excellent condition and were exactly as described. Build quality of this furniture is excellent. I’m a little concerned that the finish may scuff or scratch easily. Time will tell.

Honesty, fair price, responsibility, promptness

Furniture packing for shipment was excellent. Arrived no damage. Pallet arrived and was spotted in driveway as communicated. Furniture is what I ordered. All good!

My furniture arrived punctual and very well packaged. The delivery company driver handler knew exactly how to manage such a big pieces of merchandise with the Iift truck. I did not have any problem assembling it. My merchandise was beyond excellent condition, actually better than the pictures. I bought a set for children's rooms and was totally satisfied. Quality, price and appearance fully justifies the price. like this site, I recommend it.

Love the furniture, not pleased at all with the delivery time. Website indicated 2-3 weeks I waited almost 7 weeks, so disappointed. Website should accurately reflect true delivery time frame giving customers option to shop elsewhere.

I am writing regarding my order # 100078236. My order arrived with water damage, broken glass and a few misaligned chairs. The items were left at the front door and upon bringing in and assembling we noticed a few issues. The glass on the table top is cracked, two chairs have water damage and two other chairs wobble as the holes are misaligned. We tried to work with this company to have this situation rectified but they failed to do so. Gary was highly unprofessional. When we asked to speak to his manager for further assistance he hung up. We are in the process of taking them to court as this dining room set was very expensive. Do yourself a favor, do not buy anything from this company. You will regret it.

I found a bedroom set on Furniture Cart for $500 cheaper than any other local furniture store. I was skeptical, but I gave them a shot. It was estimated to arrive in 4-6 weeks and the set came exactly 4 weeks from date of order. I called customer service to get an update on the order after about 3 weeks and they were excellent. They gave detailed information regarding the status of my order. The shipment arrived via freight company and was neatly packed on two different pallets. Furniture was is perfect condition. Definitely will buy from FC again.

I was worried about ordering just a large order that was so expensive but this was a great experience. Very professional  and answered the phone every time I call they answered all my questons. Very happy with my new sofa. Thank you for making this a great experience.

I am very pleased with my furniture. Excellent quality. The delivery was handled with caution as they were deposited in my back yard. The only thing that disturbed me was, there was no phone notification that the delivery truck was on its way. My son heard movement in the yard and realized the delivery was being done. My previous notification was a time frame given between 10am and 2pm or 9am and 4pm.
