Nicolleti leather suite after 3years use, padding collapsed now difficult to get up. Complained to retail store still waiting after 6 months. £6000 lost to poor customer support. !!!!

I’m so disappointed I bought a bedroom set in January they said 4months it’s been 8 months my bedroom set came in but they said there is no delivery to my area yet! I paid cash my friend who got his furniture on credit got it like 2 months ago and I can’t even get it delivered. Be careful

The problem is in the fine print of deluxe delivery service and warranty specifics.
The delivery features were practically non existent yet the cost was appropriately high for deluxe delivery techniques. The warranty works, but perhaps not to one's understanding. Companies regulations are strict. For me it worked but mot quite as expected.

Great quality. Incredible service from Melvis in store and when delivering. A little bump in timeframes - i had to chase them once to deliver within the promised times but they were responsive and sorted soon. Recommend

I have had some bad experiences with online furniture retailers, but the service from Furniture City was excellent, wonderful communication and the delivery company used was superb. The product arrived swiftly in perfect condition and at a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend.

VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND VERY PLEASED WITH THE GARDEN FURNITURE

I bought a helicopter garden chair. It was excellent value and genuine branded item. Best deal in the market Company lost a star because they emailed saying they would tell me when item was dispatched, they didn't, it arrived out of the blue (big item so lucky I was in as the neighbours wouldn't be happy taking it in for me and I wouldn't want to lug it from a depot), it also took longer that expected (10 days). But I'm happy with it and would recommend the company based on my experience

It's a scam - DO NOT USE!!

I ordered from the company weeks ago and my item never arrived. Emails go unanswered and the phone number goes straight to an automated voicemail. Given that their address is that of a Chinese restaurant in Manchester and the company name is Kudos Web Design company I don't even believe that they are a real company.

Regarding the response below from Furniture City. I am not a competitor but a customer who has paid for an item in good faith and has yet to receive it or satisfactory communication from you. Having done further research I am interested that the furniture city address is the same as Kudos Web Designs address and that furniture village are listed as a client on the Kudos website along with multiple other online retailers who have also received bad reviews from customers who haven't received their purchases and many of the sites have now been removed. The registered company numbers are the same for both Kudos and Furniture City as well as the other retail sites with poor reviews so surely these aren't clients of Kudos but sites set up by them....
