I ordered a customized phone case designed by me, with my two beloved fur babies that passed away. And when I received it, it was exactly the same as the photo they provide when ordering. They provide tracking when they ship your order. And when you email them, they answer you quickly. Highly recommended company. Thank you!

I was pretty sceptical but glad I ordered!!
I was pretty sceptical ordering from an Ad that popped up on my Facebook, but this was so cute I wanted to try it. I designed a blanket and ordered. My order came within 3 weeks which I think is very reasonable for a custom item. It was exactly like the preview I was shown before paying- and the blanket is very warm and soft.

Waste of time
I spent hours creating a design for a friend who just lost her dog. I paid I waited and then I get some poorly written email telling me they lost my design or couldn’t open it and view it and could I please start over. I canceled the order.

There is a flaw in their ordering…
There is a flaw in their ordering system where items that are similar--same item with different names--do not go through. Instead the first item is simply duplicated. They claim they cannot find the problem so they want more money for the correct item. I am not happy with the way they do business.

Company will assure satisfaction
I ordered a personalized phone case and had a couple of problems with it. The company reassured me they would make it right and they did exactly that. They replied quickly to my emails and kept me updated with the status. I am very happy now with my phone case. It is exactly as ordered and is perfect.
