Worst Customer service EVER! never responded to emails

Send many emails never received a response. Need to return shirt for a full refund. My son ordered shirt without my approval. Plus the shirt is offensive for a teenager to wear.Terrible message and not positive message for a teenager. We cancelled the ordered right after he ordered it, via the email link they sent. Still received shirt. I've been trying to get in touch for weeks to return shirt. Most of the links on their web page are broken.
