I loved this casino at first. I won all the time and had a lot of fun. Then, it slowly going downhill after I hit a certain level. Now I'm dumping hundreds into a single game just to get a $8.50 bonus. The bonuses are terrible now too. I have no doubt in my mind this site controls the winnings. After a decent win, I would lose every spin after that. I have complained about this with absolutely nothing done about it. I am not wasting another dime on this site. If you find someone with a new account, you can play on theirs and win just like you did when you first opened up your account. They do not treat their older players well at all. Please, if you're going to play on this site, you'll eventually get to the point where you will never win and never be able to cash out. This site is definitely a scam later on.

Ok, I'm give my honest review after playing about a year and a half. I'm not gonna completely bash this company because their customer service is unmatched when it comes to other online gaming sites. So there is a reason they get a couple of stars. The reason they are not a five star is because the site seems to be a bit off. When I first started playing on this site, I would get some really great wins almost every time, I know we can't always be winners so when I did get the occasional losing week it wasn't a big deal. Lately since I reached level 2000 and up, it's extremely tough to get over 200 even though I played hundreds of dollars like 800 plus every week. I would email and ask for reviews, they would give it to me but I would lose that in 5 minutes. Things were not adding up. I spent wayyyy more than I was able to ever to cash out. So, my review is that yes they are legit and cashing out is a breeze, customer service is very attentive. However after higher levels are reached, winning is scarce and you will lose more than you cash out. I deactivated and will never play this site again. It gives the impression that they are rigged.

I can honestly say that I have done better on funzpoints than any game I play . This year I have won around $494 in Feb, $522 in July , and I just won $1250 on Oct 11th!!! I’ve been really impressed n feel they are legit. I am going to be honest I started putting more money on since my last win and have been losing it very quickly. Then I read some reviews on here n it scared me a bit . But they have been good to me and I won’t lose faith in them. My opinion is Funzpoint is fun to play. I agree 100 dollars isn’t anything and 20 dollars isn’t nothing I use to win now I can’t win 5.00.I play on other site and and with 20.00 will last for awhile at minimum bet but funzpoint it’s gone in seconds.the games pay symbols are very low I noticed compared to pulzs casino.with 20.00 at pulzs casino I said in for 3 hours I Ben went to funzspoint I was out in less than 5 minutes.they are not paying like they use to.I love funzpoint fast cash out better than any other sites for sure but their game symbols is very low and the and the casino pay outs ratings must be at 60%.I have won quite a bit and now lost a lot.i play just a little ther not like I use to. I've lost quite bit of money but that isn't anyone's Fault but my own. The only reason I'm writing this review is because I won a lot of money playing funzpoints. If I would have stopped when I won the amount I won I would have been on top. The biggest amount I won in one spin after the bonus round hitting over and over was 1,018 dollars that was a couple years ago.

This is by far the best online casino. For these reasons:
1. The Win/Loss ratio is really fair!
2. The payouts are quick! Always within 1-2 Business days.
3. For me most importantly they have safeguards in place for potential gambling addicts like myself by A. Clicking an option to not let me cancel a withdrawal once I initiate it. B. They have a cooldown period so if you spend 50 and lose it fast you have to wait an allotted time (Which is only like 10 minutes but still helps)

I had two old accounts that I couldn't access in because my phone was stolen and had no username and or password I never made deposits in them. I got a new devices and made an account put all my legal info into it with my bank info was approved after about 50 deposits I hit cashed out 150 got congratulations email 1-2 business days supposed be in my bank then I hit again 390.00 THAT'S WHEN immediately I received email saying account flagged multiple accounts and they closed my account and held my winnings I could understand if i deposited in other accounts and was shady but I had no way to get in accounts and you check I never logged into any same accounts during same perion AND Mad OVER 50 DEPOSITS IN Only ONE ACCOUNT loyal4ever17

Games were fun at first was able to actually win money when I played but now all I do is spend $100 in money to do nothing but lose it all. I have been playing with funzpoints for about 2 years now.I have won some and lost some but had fun doing it so that's all that matters to me.They have awesome customer service.Anytime I have ever had a problem they have taken care of the issue.They are also very easy and quick to cash your winning out with.I play a few others casinos online and funzpoints is by far my favorite one.

I really enjoyed to pay when I first found out about them would spend 400$ to 500$ every week I finally got a good win witch was 1950$$ I cashed out after playing 150$ of my winnings then I w8ted for 3 days all for nothing because FUNZPOINTS deposited my winnings supposably cash that I had won fair and square to an account that I no longer OWNED DO TO CLIENT UNASSOCIATED FRAUD FUNZPOINT DID NOT EVEN LOOK INTO MY CASE THEY JUST WROTE BACK RESPONDING TO MY CLAME SAYING THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME TO GET A HOLD OF MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION WITCH I DID BUT SAID THAT THEY WOULD NEVER ACCEPT A DEPOSIT OR TRANSFER TO A ACCOUNT THAT IS CLOSED.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! Over a dozen charges I have had with them over the weekend. Without explanation Funzpoints on every single charge double it. This resulted in draining my account -170. Without any explanation or reasoning. I have reached out to their support but now it’s been over an HR and Nothing. No word no response as to why every purchase after the fact was doubled. DO NOT USE!!!
