I would give a negative 5 points if allowed! Recently I won $2000 and their system wouldn't let me cash out until I played it all the way down to $300 and all of a sudden I was able to verify and redeem the $300. Then I go to check on the status of my cash out to find that my account was deactivated and my deposit was on hold until I sent them my ID and selfie pic. I did they released the $300 reopened my account but when I complained about the error messages when trying to redeem the $2000 they didnt care that their system was faulty. This happened on dec 31st I've asked to speak with a supervisor several times with no response. They however did credit me $5 of free playv which I didn't win one cent with. I'd suggest be careful win u play they don't like paying out a large sum of money and customer service sucks!!!!

They will lure you in and they will take all the money they can get from you! I felt like I got robbed everytime I played their stupid games. I should have just sent them a check instead! I don’t know why people give funzpoints a bad rap. Sure they don’t give daily bonuses away but they do provide you with “pitty” sc to play around with which in some ways is almost better.

I hardly ever win but when I do straight to my bank my sister wins a lot I think it’s rigged bc she can win daily and I’ve never won over 120 once

They always says they have gaming limits and they try to make it seem like they give you what you pay for but its a damn lie. Once you go above a certain limit the paying stops. The wins aren't winnings and its just a vacuum waiting to suck in all your funds. Dont believe whhen they say sorry about your experience because they aren't sorry. Its just whats best for them and to stay afloat above the law.

Ok my friend used my email to contact funzpoints support they deactivated mine and his accounts saying they were more than one accounts and only aloud one ! Well I only have one account and got kicked off platform for letting my friend use my email wrf ? And he had over 100 bucks on his account !!

Absolutely trash, "purchase declined by merchant" I was a regular player on here, spent a lot of money, won a lot of money. But recently EVERY PURCHASE THEYVE BEEN STEALING. I got maybe half of what was taking refunded and they other half they stole.

I am honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews. I have been using Funzpoints on pretty much a weekly basis since 2022, and I absolutely love this platform!! They have their own set of unique games that you can't play anywhere else, a low cash out threshold ($20!!), instant cash out option to your debit card, you randomly get "Mystery Gifts" of sweeps coins... etc. I have turned so many people onto Funzpoints and I haven't heard a single complaint from any of them. I would definitely very highly recommend!!

All's I know is I'd purchased and activated a mastercard gift card on the 23 of October 2025, which never left my wallet.
As of today, the 13th of November, iv got .69 cents left of $500, the majority spent online, I assume, in $49.99 payments to both FUNZPOINTZ, and funzpointz.
Needless to say, I was ripped off for my $500 plus the cost of my card.
I bought the card to pay BILLS, and someone used it to play GAMES, and threw away my hard earned money!
I'm pissed! 🤬
