Thanks great item, fast delivery

Ordered a blaze tab plus as an Xmas gift. It arrived with a detached and broken screen. All attempts to contact this company either by phone or email have been ignored. Appalling customer service. Avoid.

Ordered 2 items (1 of which was a pre-order), the pre-order item was put back until next year and because it was a Christmas present I had to cancel. I emailed them on 12th December (they claim to get back to you in 1 working day). No response, so I called on 13th December and they were very nice and said they will process the refund and that I would get a confirmation. Heard nothing until 18th December (a week after my initial email) and they confirmed my refund would be processed in 1-7 days. I emailed back instantly asking when my money would be refunded and they reiterated 1-7 days. As I initially emailed on 12th I asked will my refund request be from when i initially emailed or from today (7 days after i emailed) to which I received no response. It has been a full 9 days now and although I did receive my part order, the part refund still hasn't landed. I have opened a dispute with Paypal in order to get my money back. Don't think i would use them again...

Bought a rubbish item off them and they refunded it 2 days later absolutely no aggro, will be ordering better items off them from now on.

Display is nice and clear.Touch screen is well made. No good there is no led to show when the unit is stby or power on. On the hands is not good. Its really not ergonomic,,the back is like a glass and not confortable to carry on..they should have put the rubber at the back to keep it better in hands. Also it should be more thick at sides to be able to carry them .battery last long. The old atari linx works 10 times better in your hands..who made this console should understand that we keep it in hands to play and not put it on a table!The plastic should be not so flat but more rubberish!

Had a great experience shopping with FSR. Got my console cheaper than Amazon, even arrived next day! Works like a charm and I have no complaints :-)
