This company is disgusting i ordered a Christmas decoration which was porcelain and had charms on it, what actually turned up I can only describe as absolute tut , cheap plastic not double sided as was on the pictures , I complained only to be told twice I had received what I ordered! DO NOT USE!! Absolute scam company

Do not I repeat do not use this company, they will RIP you off. No items received and when disputed with PayPal, they provided delivery info. I have never received anything and waited two months.

I ordered something. They said it was delivered. It was not. They send they were mistaken and they would resend but they did not resend. They are a China co. And no way to get a refund

Zero stars really. I also ordered masks for Halloween: one bald eagle and one black cat, $ 109.96 for both. Since I placed my order in August, I figured the masks should arrive in time for Halloween. Halloween is over and I am still waiting for that shipment. When I inquired, they always had excuses, such as, the shipment got damaged, lost, was detained at customs, etc. The website mentions "shipping from the U.S." to make it look as if they were an American company. Once you have paid via PayPal, you find out that your payment really went to "JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED" in China.

Also scammed me out of my money. I fell for the cool mask ad on Facebook. Bought the parrot mask. But it never got shipped to me.
They don’t give refunds.
I wish I knew it was a scam company. It’s based out of China.

Stay away from this website...my order from August never shipped!!! Thieves! Only reason I bought these reading glasses because they said it was made in Canada and will ship 5-10 days.
It's been 3 months and no glasses and took my money! I've been emailing the customer service and they are just giving me runaround and won't refund my money.
Reading other reviews, these glasses are piece of junk anyway. Shame on you Funproper!

Masks didnt show up, ordered on 24 sept. 2 different orders "go to the wrong address", new ones "are on the way, trust us we are sorry" no new tracking number no items, paypal costumservices wont refund cause the seller "has proof that its delivered" and i have proof that its not. but i will not stop fighting until i have my money back. yea total scam...

Jinzhou is now Fatteno. Total SCAM and PayPal must be in on it.
PayPal was fined 5 million for their last scam. They accept every decision these Chinese firms claim. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Scam company. I ordered a mask from them. I didn't get anything -- not even a cheap knock-off. nothing. I filed a refund request with Paypal, but Paypal denied it and closed the case after the company, actually well-known scammers JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, submitted a fake tracking delivery to Paypal. I have received no item and am out $45, with seemingly no recourse.

I learned too late that was a scam company. Bought 2 items. The first tracking simulated a sending at the wrong address. So they said they resent immediately but did not provide a tracking number. And they abuse paypal by sending the defect tracking number.

They scramed me by shipping to someone else and tried billing me. I bought thur PayPal and they refunded me my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

This product is a total scam! Nowhere near the quality that i was shown in the video on facebook. Beware, dont buy anything from this company. If there was an option for 0 stars instead of 1, i would be giving it 0 stars.

Facebook needs to do more to protect consumers from frauds like this. They will not give you a track # and will constantly lie to you. Don’t waste your time or money!!

I'm pissed , looking forward to a cool mask , got a piece of crap that was falling apart in the plastic bag, no tracking number, don't buy into the people!! s 😠 don't deserve one star!!

Ordered a mask 2 months ago and have yet to see it, tracking number doesn’t work and they don’t answer emails... So I would not order from this place!!! I hate that 1 star is the lowest I can give

Funproper = scam. Products are not at all as advertised. I ordered the "lifelike bald eagle mask" but received a cheap plasticky fancy dress mask.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! They will send you a cheap piece of crap completely different from what's advertised and won't give any refund. You'll end up having to make a fraud claim with your bank to get your money back.
