When I received the shirt
When I received the shirt, two of my children’s names were not on them because the hairstyles apparently are too long and they did not adjust the names so that they would be seen. I tried contacting them and they told me that I needed to re-order and perhaps choose a shorter hairstyle when you look at the preview, you can’t tell that you are not going to see the names. Beware if you decide to put a girl in there with long hair take a shorter hairstyle if you want the name to be shown up.

Everything arrived as ordered and really a lot faster than expected. My only complaint was the font colour on the personalized text doesn't show up on the product the way it appeared in the online preview. So the personal message is hardly visible with black font on the navy shirt background and there was no option when ordering to select a different font colour. You could personalize shirt colour and character details, and the names of the characters, but not the print colours of the text for the characters or main message on the front of the shirt. This is dissappointing as the sentiment of the message is a bit lost if not right up close to read it. Otherwise the shirt looks amazing and arrived well before expected.

Overall quality leaves a LOT to be desired
The quality of the image on the glass leaves a lot to be desired. It is quite small, you cannot read any of the names on the jerseys. Overall it is clearly a low quality image. It's cute for a gimicky gift, but for the price and what is advertised it's way off.

Cute concept
My order arrived quickly, but the shirts do run small. Also, one of the shirts I ordered had an error with the name. During confirmation, I was only shown the front of the shirt, and I do have a screenshot showing what I entered. However, the company stated that it was my error and charged me $6.99 for a replacement.
That fee is not terrible if the mistake was truly mine, but I would recommend quadruple-checking your order, especially if you are ordering a two-sided shirt.
Overall, I would not say it is a scam. I received my items quickly, and they were mostly accurate, but I would definitely be careful when reviewing the details before submitting your order.

The product we purchased came out fantastic. My only complaint is that I wish there was instructions that came with it on how to peel off the film covering. I didn’t want to ruin the piece, but customer service was 5 stars about that. They were quick & prompt.

Excellent service and delivery
I saw this company on Facebook and wanted something unusual for Fathers Day for my grandchildren to give to their dad who is a Star Wars fan. Everything was easy to chose, the design , colour and wording. Only ordered 7 days ago and arrived yesterday, 4/6/2026. Excellent quality, design as chosen and rapid delivery.
