a lot of upsells and old ui
I first heard about funnelytics in 2020 and had it on my radar recently they had a lifetime deal but instead of lifetime the actual product they did it for a light version which was basically a mind mapping software with said 2020 user interface.
After noticing that and cancelling they charged for another service that i wasn't aware of because of all those pop-ups to upsell you to integrations that weren't included so all in all I'd say it's a funnelmapping software with the UI of 2020 and to use integrations and anayltics it get's really expensive.
If you don't need analytics inside your funnelmap any other mindmapping software will do it and if you nned to see conversion rates and put in the time you should look into google looker studio and build your on dashboard.

This is the support they gave me, after I said that my sales platform does not have integration with this platform.
They offered me support to use funellytics, no, I don't need it.
How about you return the money you took from me without me using ANYTHING from the platform?
Even though I asked the Boy to cancel the integration at the moment I saw that I wouldn't be able to integrate but the subscription was paid anyway?
Why don't they offer to return the money?

Excellent for Agencies and Consultants, and way better than GA4
Honestly, I don't understand the bad reviews here.
Funnelytics is an excellent tool and it definitely deserves 5 stars... not only because of what it does but also because the support is super helpful.
I use data to make online businesses sell more.
Funnelytics helped me to close more and bigger clients, delivering to them insights that I wouldn't have been able to spot with other tools (i.e. GA4).
I've been a power user of Funnelytics for about one year now. I migrated all my sites and the sites of all my clients to use this tool.
I completely ditched GA (which I've been using since 2009).
Those who think Funnelytics is too expensive are not seeing the full picture.
Funnelytics made my job easier and way faster.
It's not even comparable to a clunky tool like GA4.
In my opinion Funnelytics is an excellent tool for consultants and agencies, who value their time.
Definitely not a tool for small sites that make no money... and I have the impression that most of the reviews here were left by that type of user.
In my experience with hundreds of hours spent using the software, Funnelytics is an outstanding tool that has almost no bugs or glitches, and the support is world-class.

They keep improving it
I have been a Funnelytics user since 2018 and would never go back to Google Analytics.
I use it mainly for my clients starting from pitching them to actually reporting to them on our weekly calls.
The platform went through a lot of renovation and the latest updates are just wow!
I use Funnelytics to map the funnel first and, once the script is installed and the site is live, all it takes is a click to see the users flowing through the funnel steps.
I could not recommend it more.

I went on the free trial...and paid for nothing
I went on the free trial, it is not as good as I expected, I struggled to get hold of a customer support, it just doesn't exist. I ended up canceling 2 days into a subscription month $199 for nothing. Absolutely not worth the price when there is no customer support. I am so disappointed with Funnelytics, I had such high hopes

Comically bad UX now that they're trying to push to the (overpriced) paid version. If you had a mapping only version for like 5-10/mo you would probably get more customers. But restricting functionality artificially then charging out the nose to be right back where I was before you did that isn't going to win you any customers.
Neither is making glitched out popups cover 90% of my screen where the only thing visible is the CTA.
I'm convinced it's not even a glitch, just a half baked idea from your marketing team. Do better, or don't, either way you've sent me to a competitor.

Software is awful & crappy company
Software is awful. I signed up to pay $10k for a 1 year membership for their partner program which included extra trainings and support. I paid them $7800, missed a payment (my whole family and I got covid), and they took away my access and completely stopped responding. I got 4 months for $7800. Complete *sshole of a company. Not to mention, when I originally signed up, I was sold on the software being amazing and it wasn't at all. Not worth it. Don't do it. Seems very fishy they have all this "great" feedback online yet A LOT of people in the online group were very unhappy with it. 🤔
