Do not recommend

Jules is inconsistent with communication, avoids calls, and seems hell bent on doing what she thinks is right regardless of the client and their needs. I feel like I never know if I'll get nice or mean Jules. Did she do what she was engaged for? No idea because she's sent me walls of texts and documents too complex to understand and says it's too much to explain on a call. If you're new to automation and need slow gentle help to understand, this is not the person for you.
